The service was fantastic! Our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals lounge and escorted us to his car, which was parked at the other terminal. From booking through to the journey itself, everything was seamless and ran like clockwork.

Hong Kong to China transfers
I've been using Asia Car Service for several years to assist in bringing my clients from HK International Airport to Shenzhen or even deeper into China. All without a hitch and total professional seamless service. Especially, late night arrivals to HK and I get my clients to their hotel in China in 2 hours! amazing! I highly recommend ACS!

The process from the arrival at the airport to the car was very good. Unfortunately, after that, it was not good. ACS said I would have a car the size of a Toyota Camry, but I got a Toyota Prius. I am 6 feet 4 inches tall. I had to sit low on the seat to avoid hitting my head on the ceiling of the car. The car smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.
The diver did drive in a very safe manner.

We used Asia Car Service twice during our recent visit stay in Hong Kong, once to take us from disembarking from our Cruise ship to a hotel, and several days later from the hotel to the airport. Every part of our experience was outstanding. Very easy to navigate the website to reserve vehicles. Communication is top notch. Immediate response to our reservation request, with a prompt confirmation. Prior to pick-up we received an email letting us know the driver and license number. Asia Car Service also uses What's App, which came in handy. Reasonable rates, beautiful cars, skilled and professional drivers. I only wish we had this kind of service at home!
