JOE THE OWNER DELIVERED ME STALE CRACKERS THAT EXPIRATION DATE SAYS THEY ARE JUST ABOUT TO EXPIRE
I was a new customer and ordered ten bags of Nori crackers and the delivery came as promised but THE CRACKERS ARE FAR FROM FRESH. THE EXPIRATION DATE IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. I REACHED OUT TO SUPPOSEDLY THE OWNER “JOE” and told him they are not fresh, and he said “ as you know I can’t control the taste”.
I have been eating the same brand for many years so I know when they are fresh or stale. I didn’t want my money back nor the nice tip I gave to his driver. I just wanted fresh ones instead of the old ones that are about to expire that he sent me and “joe” totally ignored me and never answered me after his first response.
I’m sure Joe wouldn’t want to eat stale crackers.
So BEWARE because customer service is everything. There are plenty of Asian stores out there to do business with which obviously I will be using one of those other stores as well.
