I was a new customer and ordered ten bags of Nori crackers and the delivery came as promised but THE CRACKERS ARE FAR FROM FRESH. THE EXPIRATION DATE IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. I REACHED OUT TO SUPPOSEDLY THE OWNER “JOE” and told him they are not fresh, and he said “ as you know I can’t control the taste”.
I have been eating the same brand for many years so I know when they are fresh or stale. I didn’t want my money back nor the nice tip I gave to his driver. I just wanted fresh ones instead of the old ones that are about to expire that he sent me and “joe” totally ignored me and never answered me after his first response.
I’m sure Joe wouldn’t want to eat stale crackers.
So BEWARE because customer service is everything. There are plenty of Asian stores out there to do business with which obviously I will be using one of those other stores as well.

Haven't ordered any produce, but have been impressed by the high quality of the items, one of which I haven't found elsewhere. In the last of three orders, in which I ordered 16 of one item, they inadvertently swapped one with a similar item. Took a bit of back and forth to resolve this, but ultimately I'm satisfied.

Order #21123. The picture shows ZESPRI green kiwifruit from New Zealand. This is the kiwifruit I wanted to buy. I don't need any other. They brought me a completely different kiwifruit. Why is there one kiwifruit in the picture, but they sell a completely different one? Also, I ordered and paid for 2 pounds (907g) of kiwifruit. They brought me only 1.66 pounds (753 g - 6 pieces) of kiwifruit. There are no complaints about delivery times. I was informed by SMS about the arrival time of the courier. This is my first order from them. I am disappointed.
