Very good service

Very good service, even sent me a private text message to say that the item I wanted was out of stock, and sent me a substitute. 10/10 will order again

Unbelievably quick delivery

Unbelievably quick delivery! The products I bought were gifts, all of which were greatly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. With many more products to choose from and try out I will be ordering again whenever I can!

Disappointed of Brighton

The Website displayed for over a week that the product I required was "low on stock". If I tried to order the quantity that I needed (50) it would not allow me to complete the purchase. I waited for over a week and tried to order again. This time the site did not display "low on stock" and allowed me to order 50 of the items I required. It went to checkout and I paid the full amount that was asked for. The following day I received a telephone call to say that the items I had ordered were low on stock and would I like a replacement order instead. I refused the replacement offered as I only required the make of product that I had ordered and paid for. I was told I would have to wait between one and two weeks for my order to be dispatched. This is the third occasion the site has allowed me to order the amount I have required, has taken my money and then I am told that there is insufficient stock to dispatch my order and that I would have to wait. Surely their website is capable, through a stocktaking programme, to distinguish if a product is held in sufficient quantities before allowing a customer to order and pay without the hassle of being told "you will have to wait or have replacement products". If this kind of service is to continue, I will have to seriously consider finding another outlet that will be able to fulfil my order after taking my money. Sorry Asiangrocery but I really am fed up with this slapdash service I keep receiving from you, as to date, I have been a very loyal customer to you.
