I’ve got the request for a review…
I’ve got the request for a review sooner than any update on when my order is being delivered. Absolutely 0 communication on estimated delivery, updates, anything. Since this was supposed to be a present, the delivery is now is too late. Far from happy. I even paid €15 delivery costs for this!

Wij hebben niets ontvangen. Alleen en retourbetaling zonder enige uitleg. Het product stond wel op uw website. Is het niet leverbaar? Leg het uit s.v.p.
We did not receive a product. How can we do a positive reactioin. We only revceived a cashback without any explanation. Very disappointing!!!

Your service was very poor... no explanation why you refunded my money.. And don't understand your business model if you Are unable to deliver a little order from you to.the UK.. Am sorry to say but your guys need to do more on your Odering services to the UK and must always explain to customers and action your company is taking towards Your client...I had a very poor experience with you guys.. Today I received my order
Today I received my order, everything was good and intact. shipping takes a bit long but good and is a little bit expensive from belguim to netherlands. I also thought it was a pity that most Thai stuff was not available, I received a nice message in advance, and money was also quickly refunded. only if I would like to place an order again, then I can still put the products that are not there in my shopping cart. make sure this is in order so that there is no disappointment. there was another note on the apology sheet. and it came with a nice keychain.

Candy perfect as expected
The product is perfect as expected. The package is ok, although it arrived partially broken. Almost no bubbles inside the box (just on top).
Given the size of the product adquired a little token/present would have been perfect (although not mandatory of course) like a lollipop, lil candy or similar, just like an idea.
Anyway a good experience. Recommended
