The attention to detail was incredible—from ensuring smooth transitions between destinations to suggesting unique experiences like exploring the bustling streets of Hanoi and cruising through the breathtaking waters of Ha Long Bay were truly magical, made even better by the well-organized tours, visiting the majestic Angkor Wat at sunrise was a dream come true, and the travel agent made sure every aspect of the visit—from guides to transportation—was flawless.

As a vegetarian traveler, meal planning can often be tricky, but the travel agent went above and beyond to ensure we had delicious and safe food options throughout. This trip was truly stress-free, allowing us to focus on soaking in the beauty and culture of these incredible countries.

Cherry crafted a wonderful trip for my family of 4 with private guides and drivers in several cities between Vietnam and Cambodia to celebrate Christmas and New Year's Day. Our entire trip was full of interesting information and great food! Our guides were great, all with a wealth of knowledge regarding the sites they took us to and we were even able to take a few side trips off the beaten path to see the real Vietnam and Cambodia, not just the touristy areas. Overall we had an excellent trip and would definitely use Asia Pioneer Travel to plan future holidays.

y family of 5 went to Vietnam during December 2024/January 2025. It was a 7 day trip split between Hanoi and Hoi An. We worked with Lizzie as our representative and she was nothing short of amazing. We have small children (6,4, and 2). The trip she recommended accounted for our travel needs as a family with small ones. She was accommodating, professional, and timely in her communication. A highlight of the trip as we were in Vietnam was our tour guide in Hoi An, Patrick aka Phu. He had a great personality and our kids loved him. He was very knowledgeable and made the trip! I highly recommend this company. The peace of mind they provided across the logistics associated with visiting Vietnam was unreal. From hotels, transportation, to food everything was on point and of great quality!

We had an incredible trip! It was our first time using a travel agency and guides. I was able to change and edit portions of the trip with the travel planner to make it work for our family. Having a driver and guide in various areas was so great and we learned and saw so much! Highly recommend! Chloe was so kind and patient helping us and suggesting fun activities for the whole family. She also changed some meals last minute for us based on how we were feeling. I'm so grateful and would love working with her again.

Mr. Winston created a truly memorable experience. We visited so many interesting sites and cities from Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Angor Wat, Hoi An, and the Mekong Delta to name only a few. Mr. Winston customized the trip with food tours and a lantern boat ride in Hoi An.
I will remember this trip as being one of the best.

Cherry planned the trip to our specifications. Our family visited HCM, Hanoi and Halong bay and loved every minute of it. There were last minute changes but still they found a way to accommodate the changes. Overall, good trip. Best food!! We will definitely be back.

Simply perfect. We had an amazing three weeks (albeit busy and active - as we requested!) which included a perfectly curated itinerary in Vietnam and Thailand.
From the time I connected with Stella, I knew she’d be able to do exactly as I asked. As for the pre trip/planning portion, I had researched all we wanted to do within the two countries, gave her a budget and advised of the duration of our trip. She mapped all of the logistics: arranging private transportation, English speaking tour guides and enlisted us with specialty activities (some that we joined in with other small groups some of which we did alone). The initial itinerary was “massaged” a couple times to keep everything aligned (us making various decisions) and in line with our initial ideas. Stella ran with every suggestion made! We received a an incredibly detailed itinerary that just made us even more excited for our trip.

Once we arrived, Stella continued with excellent communication by providing us with very specific info communicated on what we could expect, (meeting places, time frame, what to bring for the day, etc). In fact, many people we ran into envied our personalized situation. She left all the guess work out of our trip and we were well prepared in every instance.

Everything was wonderful-and we experienced it with a local
flair. I only wish we had a company like this in all countries we want to visit. The experience made it so carefree and we were right at budget. We greatly appreciate all of Stella’s hard work on our behalf, and her company high class, top tier company, Asia Pioneer Travel!

Chloe from Asia Pioneer travel prepared for my friends and I a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The planning of the itinerary was a lot of fun and we felt very much part of the process. In Angkor Way my friend jumped off a small ledge and broke her heel. CHLOE, ASIA PIONEER AND OUR LOCAL GUIDE WENT INTO QUICK ACTION HAD HER IN VERY COMPETENT HANDS IN A MODERN HOSPITAL WITHIN MINUTES. SHE WAS WELL TREATED BUT SHE DID END UP IN A WHEELCHAIR FOR THE REST OF THE TRIP..

As they say in Vietnam every thing is possible SO CHLOE and her team went into action modified our itinerary and planned other activities compatible with a person in a wheelchair..

I recently went on an amazing 17 Vietnam trip planed ny Annie with Asia Pioneer Travel, and I can quite honestly say the whole experience was so much more and above my expectations and am nearly speechless. I had a wonderful 10 days trip covering South, Central and North Vietnam. I was assigned Gina from Asia Pioneer Travel as my travel designer and she was exceptional throughout the whole planning of the trip together and during my trip where she would regularly remind me of tour/pickup times, give me insightful tips and info too.

The tours were punctual and well organized and the tour guides were knowledgeable and accommodating when I needed a photo taken considering I was a solo traveler. I had an amazing experience in beautiful Vietnam!

Our 15 day trip to Vietnam has been spectacular! Am writing this while I'm our hotel at Hanoi! Annie our organiser has been exceptional! From beginning to end she has planned our trip to our interests. Everything has run like clockwork..all drivers, tour guides and accommodation has been A+. Our trip to Vietnam was absolutely amazing!! Elly Do with Asia Pioneer Travel arranged the entire trip for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids and it was absolutely perfect! This was my first international trip and I’m so happy I made the decision to use Asian pioneer travel. Cherry is the best! She was with me from beginning to end answering every question and accommodating different arrangements perfectly. She even checked up on me during my trip. Roni, my tour guide and driver did an amazing job in Bangkok with me. They are so proud of their country and even took me shopping on their spare time. Beautiful souls. Then when I traveled to Chang Rai and Mai my next tour guide Dare and Johnny are the best duo to have. Dave is so funny and make sure I was happy. Johnny provided snacks from his hometown and they were delicious. I will definitely be planning to use this company again and highly recommend. Hotels are beautiful. Food spots are up to par and overall completely stress free and comfortable!
