Lia did a quick job of answering my question about contact exchange and finding my progress. The only problem for me was a 9 min wait while #2 in the que. I checked my email and when I returned, the tab had to reconnect at que #4. Only a few minutes this time.

A promise to rectify the problem, within a specified time period, was made and broken which is unacceptable
The offer of 30 gems was a token response costing nothing to the company. I also found that a gesture to "shut me up" also inappropriate.
I feel that another award reflecting the companies commitment to customer service would be appropriate.
