right up front I told agent walter I was 75 years old and not very much computer knowledge walter very precisely walked me thru parts of my computer that I didn't even know existed found hacker info deleted them found all my missing emails and set me up with a two step verification so hopefully this never happens again can't say thanks enough

I had an issue with app notifications, and after the fix, they checked back a day later to make sure it was still working thoughtful and rare. They even reminded me how to update my apps manually and suggested a few settings to customize alerts so they’re less annoying.

A charge appeared on my credit card…
A charge appeared on my credit card using the technique scammers frequently employ by charging $1 followed by a larger amount, in this case $38. It is obvious fraud but baffling somewhat because the credit card is one I rarely use??? Thats why the charge jumped out at me as fraud.

Company started billing me, first $1 to see if it would go through then $29 in Nov. Second billing in Dec. They will not refund the funds taken. Check your bank accounts for these random transactions.
Update, if you report a bug in the WhatsApp software they will charge you for it and keep charging you
