I was directed to Ask-Crew when I was searching for the error code displayed on my washing machine. Ask-Crew did not make clear the pricing for the chat advice. It did not mention it was a monthly subscription service once you authorised the Paypal payment.
The chat conversation was very efficient. But it did not help me to solve the problem. I was advised to switch the machine off at the power socket & on again (which I have already done so before the chat) and pressed the start button for 10 seconds to reset. Neither resolved the problem. I was then advised to contact an appliance repairer.
I paid £25 for this chat without getting any additional/useful information than what I gathered from Google search. Please make sure you ask for the cost of using their service before giving out your payment details (eg. Paypal).

They explained how to take care of my car battery in different seasons, including when to check fluid levels, how often to test charge, and what signs show the battery is weakening. I never knew these things before, and now I feel much more confident that I can prevent problems instead of reacting to them.

the person said I would be charged $1.00 and it charged 38.00. what a bad company. I ordered and never received and I want a full refund of $294.00 and I am going to report this to the IRS and my bank plus others unless I receive my full refund. The $38.00 was denied as the card service said you are a fraud company.
