Claim sorted

My previous insurer went out of business overnight and ask Acorn sorted it out with new insurer very professionally without any inconvenience and with good value as well. Staff were great to deal with and kept me informed throughout. Very helpful and and satisfactory results and great value as well

Good value

First of all Acorn was cheaper than the company I was already with
Secondly the guy who I dealt with was friendly , helpful and knew his job well I was so impressed I also gave my house insurance to Acorn

Wanted to delay my car insurance cover…

Wanted to delay my car insurance cover by a week,when i explained this to the "lady" in ask acorn,she told me in no uncertain manner,that i cudnt do it,that it would cause a huge mountain of paper work,that insurance com.dont like doing it etc.All of this after been told by another "man"that he had put a note on my file and it wudnt be a problem.Iv never spoke to a company rep.before who was so much," i am right and you the customor are wrong"Very Abrupt and very discourtous best describes her.One star is one to many for the company.
