Answered a lot of questions for the AI Antique Assistant. She asked for my credit card while she went to talk to tell the expert about my watch. It was only $5 full refundable. I wanted to ask what the refund was contingent upon, but she was gon’ luckily Apple Pay was an option so it flashed $60 was about to be charged. GTFOH

This is a con
This is a con, you get your question answered and pay for it. Then they take monthly amounts out of your account for a subscription you haven't asked for. When you click confirm on your payment for service, it actually says in the small print that you agree to a subscription.

This is from past experience the first payment on a monthly subscription. Absolutely unwarranted. I believe this is the same organisation as Justanswer which did the same thing to me two weeks ago

Scam
Scam. The stated price I was $5, fully refundable. But I was actually charged $70! This was after I immediately cancelled the service when it was obvious their "expert" had no real advice to offer.

Will charge you $65 a month without your permission
The actual appraisal of my antique table by a real human being was great. He gave me the exact information I needed.
However...I have now been charged $65 four months in a row. I didn't agree to this. I agreed to the intro price of $5 and if i didn't cancel i would then be charged the $65 a month. I canceled but I'm still getting charged.
I contacted customer service. It was really hard to get past the bot but I just kept typing "representative" and "human". It eventually gave me a phone number: (800) 381-2954. Someone disconnected me the first time but the second time I got a nice person somewhere in Asia. She was only able to refund me the most recent charge that was pending. She couldn't refund the other three charges. I contacted my credit card company and am disputing those charges.
Note: I think this service is owned by Just Answer. When I looked up Just Answer on Trust Pilot, I was amazed to see positive reviews. ???

Sleazy billing practices.
When you sign up, it is made very clear that you will be charged $8.00 for an appraisal. Nowhere is there any mention of the additional $93.00 they will charge you for a "membership." It is obviously set up in such a way as to deceive the consumer. Very sleazy.

Incredibly deceptive in their billing practices. I canceled immediately and was denied a refund, forcing me to dispute the hidden charges with Visa. Stay far away from this company!
