Poor service!

Gave me a time slot for delivery, so organised my day to be local just in case they came early. Stated would call 30mins ahead of delivery. Came way before the slot and never called otherwise I'd have got back home quickly. Disappointing to find that I was home in time for the delivery to receive an email I needed to rebook the delivery. Rebooking was horrendous, so just cancelled the order with AEG.

Rubbish

Rubbish
If you try to track your parcel, the chat feature is never attended to. Poor delivery company with questionable idea of communication , as zero customer service. No easy way to contact them and they ignore you anyway.
They’ve delivered my item somewhere in Britain. They don’t know where as it wasn’t to my address

'Between 7am and 7pm' is not a time…

'Between 7am and 7pm' is not a time slot when someone's got a toddler🫠 You'd think that on the day, the recipient of any item would be messaged to give them warning before a delivery company decides to turn up at 8:30am but we weren't. No proper timeslot, no call. Appreciate the note the shoved through my door though; I didn't hear a knock or anything and the slip of paper says I'm 'not home', 5 months I've waited to get a washer, what's a few more days😭 If you're knocking at a door, actually knock. Not a tap, not a half-hearted once knock...
Shambles.

Absolutely terrible delivery company

Absolutely terrible delivery company. Waited in all morning for my delivery time slot. Delivery driver never called 30 mins before arrival as suggested. He then called and I missed his call by minutes. Tried calling back several times to no success. When I got through the driver said he was driving elsewhere now and put the phone down on me. Text sent asking who to contact to rebook. No reply received. Poor service.

What an absolute joke

What an absolute joke! Im still waiting for an order I placed a month ago! I cant phone arrowxl no phone number! Went on WhatsApp that said its not in service, I email and the emails bounced back, I went on chat, sat there for so long and no one came to chat! I ended chat.Expecting 3rd attempt delivery today but ive had no updates whatsoever and now bad weather will the reason for no delivery today, im at my wits end with arrowxl, not award winning at all, total shambles and disgraceful service! Very unhappy customer!

Zero stars for Arrow XL

Fridge bought from Crampton & Moore, fridge was to be delivered mid Dec, day came, get a text saying cannot deliver...took half a day to get in contact...took calling crampton and Moore to call them to call me. It wasnt even in the country. Next delivery booking message was received 4 days later with only 3rd Jan as option...got 3 messages across a couple of days saying delivering between 7-11am on 3rd...time went and no fridge. Now theyre impossible to conttact again. Online chat took 1.5hrs and I was told I had to call back when they logged the query. Bazaar. Awful. So angry!!

Awful

Awful. Was expecting a sofabed delivery on the 15th December, had confirmation the item had arrived and was due on the 15th so ordered my old sofabed to be collected, the item never arrived. Rebooked with the furniture for the 30th December, the only day available, got another confirmation text with a delivery time and again, nothing arrived despite the furniture company advising it had been scanned in by arrowxl. Absolutely awful service, no way to speak to anyone and no response on online chat. Now no idea where the item is and the furniture company saying the item is now out of stock so a new item needs to be ordered whilst we’ve had Christmas and new year with no sofa. Shockingly bad.

ArrowXL are absolute craaap.

If I could rate ArrowXL zero, or even better, minus stars, I would. What a shoddy disgraceful service. Absolutely no customer service, telephone line constantly has technical issues, no one mans the web chat. Absolute shite company. Let me down 3 times, then lied that a sofa had been delivered. What bullocks! Lazy, dirty dealing and shiddy. Can't believe big companies are using this craaappy delivery outfit. You need to take valium to cope with the amount of outrage you'll feel when you realise ArrowXL are entrusted to get your large goods to you. Very do better. Went with Wayfair after, blew these tosspots out of the water with their outstanding delivery!

Lost my daughter christmas present

Lost my daughter christmas present. Or stolen it. Can not get an answer from these people. Been in online chat 6 plus hours only for some useless rep to end the chat with out a hello. And the phone lines the same they hang up. AVIOD AVOID AVOID. Only by seen this do they tell me. "WEe are looking in to this? No details taken so what's been looked in to surely you need details to look in to it. Or what are you looking at. AVOID THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Waited in all day for my fridge/freezer…

Waited in all day for my fridge/freezer to be delivered. Received a text the previous day stating the delivery slot and that they would contact me in the morning to give me an update. Nothing happened. No phone call. No updates. Can't get in touch with them as they use webchat and it takes forever, walk away from the computer and you miss them and have to start again.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. We are currently having the misfortune to deal with this company - not through choice- but because Otty uses them to fulfil their deliveries. They fail to deliver and are dishonest about saying they have tried to deliver. You cannot contact them and you can't rearrange a delivery. Otty themselves can't get through in the phone to the company THEY use themselves.
We had no choice in who delivers our mattress but if you have a choice go for another logistics company.

Avoid at all costs

I had a delivery planned for the 5th. On the day, I got a text to say they couldn’t fulfil and will contact me ASAP for re-delivery. On the 11th they got in touch, rebooked delivery for the 18th. Today, the driver called to say he was 20 minutes away, then I get a text to say the item wasn’t loaded on the van and someone will be in touch to rebook. They couldn’t even be bothered to call and apologise. You can’t ring them, and the live chat doesn’t work. Just a disgrace of a company.

Zero stars - Failed to collect my mattress on 2…

Failed to collect my mattress on 2 separate occasions.
Recycling my old mattress to help the environment, no good deed.. Collection was arranged for 9th Dec, they called before to say they were on their way. On arrival I was informed they couldn't take the mattress as the van was full.
Had to rearrange collection for 8days later, on this occasion no one called, no one arrived, total no show. But tracking marked as successful collection.
No one answers customer services chat. Utterly useless. Avoid at all costs, save yourself the agro.

I posted this on their "claimed" site. This is their actual web address so posting here too.

Lied amount attempted delivery. Nobody answering online chats.

Slot was booked for today and text arrived stating the timeslot. The timeslot came and went with no sign. Contacted the supplier who uses this company and was told it could appear up until 9 today.

At around 8pm we had a text stating we were not in and sorry they missed us. Their website states they "carded" us. Absolute lies. I work from home and was here all day. I also have a camera on the front door and nobody approached.

The online chat is the only option and no-one answers it. No phone lines and the texts come through after they go offline.

Order cancelled. Deceitful company. I would have accepted a call to say sorry we cannot make it today and arrange another day but instead they chose to lie.

worse delivery company ever

I ordered two appliances from AEG an they were nominated by AEG to deliver them. Initial I got a pre delivery survey which I completed and delivery was booked for 16/12125 between 7.15 to 9.15. I cancelled all appointments to ensure I receive the items. They were no were to found. Not even a word of apology and an opportunity to redeliver. I have never experienced this type of company before.

Had my order sitting in the depot since…

Had my order sitting in the depot since 26th November. Three deliveries set up by them cancelled on the day at my expense as I still have to pay builders for their time. No one to speak to, hours on end in a chat window to no response.
Want to deliver the bed and the mattress separately two weeks apart. My child has no bed!
The company is an utter disgrace.

Disgraceful service - have no words.

I am absolutely shocked and astonished by the level of service — or rather, the complete lack of service — provided by this company. AEG should urgently review the partners they work with.

I purchased an AEG appliance from the official website and selected a delivery date of 09/12. The item was never delivered, and I received no updates or information whatsoever. The next day, I was told that I had supposedly selected a delivery date of 16/12 myself. After speaking with AEG, I was informed the delay was due to a busy period — which I can understand to some extent — but there was still no communication, no updates, and no option to contact anyone via chat or email.

Today, 16/12, the delivery has still not been made. The online tracker provides no information. I called AEG at 17:00 and was told that an agent would call me back as the estimated waiting time exceeded 10 minutes. No one called back, and now the lines are closed. No delivery, no service, no communication — nothing.

I honestly have no words. I have never experienced such negligence and complete disregard for the customer.

I want clear explanation on what's happening with the order, why and when it will be delivered.

Shocking customer services

Shocking customer services! My delivery was cancelled on the day of delivery twice! having purchased a gift for Christmas on the 26th of November and I have still yet to receive it. I highly doubt it will be delivered by Christmas. And to top it off the company decides to close their customer services phone lines two weeks before Christmas and revert to online chat only, I spent 4hrs on the chat waiting to speak to someone but no one responds. I tried this the next day and same again no one responds. Its like they have closed up for Christmas early and all gone home!
