Misleading Advertising, Even If Not a Scam
I’ve had the same experience many other customers described: a misleading name and logo, accidentally purchasing extra services I never wanted, and the feeling that there was no way to continue without accepting them. One of the add‑ons didn’t even appear in my list of subscriptions. I’m not entirely sure whether the ChatGPT access I received is actually the premium version either—although it was stated on the receipt, I’ve since read that this might not be accurate. I’ve just emailed their support team, but based on the reviews, I’m not expecting much.
Update: to my surprise, I’ve already received a response from their support team. They promised a refund, and I’ve received a confirmation of it as well. It may take a couple of days for the amount to appear on my account, but at least the process seems to be moving.

This is a site that you need to be careful with.
It is a site that aggregates AI providers such as chat GPT, Claude, Gemini.
The trouble is that the paid subscription for ask gpt is just the free version of these sites.
They use the paid advertising on Google etc to get to be the top site above chat gpt etc whenever you search anything eg upgrade my chat gpt subscription.
Using the support email support @ askgpt.app did get a response and my refund is pending so this was positive.
The site is set up to get you to pay for “premium” versions of these GPT’s and they put ads into the chats and there are pop up that try and charge you.
Would not recommend the site.

Definitely won't recommend anyone using,service bad made accidentall purchase of a 1 year subscription,cancelled it immediately they carged me the full 79,99 euro and won't give you a refund.
Tried to contact their service the following day and explained the problem,tried at last to get to pay only the month but no they want the full annual money...
Even the app and the site isn't very useful you can get a much better service on any other provider.

Inability to cancel subscription and
This is a scam site, I have zero recollection of signing up for a yearly subscription in 2025 and have no way of cancelling after being billed for £99 today! Email support is a joke - quoting their terms of use but not answering the questions about cancelling, I will be disputing this transaction with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this company as it is not worth paying for their service
2 issues -
1 - the company double charged me - 2 transaction amounts left my account
2 - i wanted a one off trail only but according to my credit card company they set up a regular subscription account for me
My credit card company cancelled the second purchase and I was able to go on line to AskGPT and cancel the subscription
Update - one month later - the subscription was cancelled last month but I just got charged again. It seems very difficlt to cancel the subscription and the company keeps ignoring my request to cancel.
