I have never encountered a worse search engine. I think it must hold the record for the highest number of irrelevancies in search results. At times it is a joke.
askjeeves is one to avoid, they have broken the law my forcing themselves into Mozilla products and they are a very poor search engine.

It's a scam! I Googled for help with my SMEG coffee pot. It was not making coffee. ASK popped up. I had a chat with a chat bot. There was a five dollar refundable (why would a fee be refundable?) fee listed. I stupidly gave me credit card number. I was asked if I wanted to chat with a technician, or get a phone call. I opted for the phone call. I stayed off my phone for the remainder of the evening. NO CALL. The next morning, I had a chat from ASK from an alleged techncian. All it was was a list of things that could be wrong with my coffee pot. No trouble shooting etc. I was mad and went to my credit card statement. ASK CHARGED ME $38. I registered a dispute. Further Googling showed that this scam will keep charging, so to monitor credit cards. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED SERVICE. iT'S JUST A RIP OFF.

I can just type in as i would ask and it gives me loads to choose from. Have used since I started on internet, tried others but still come back and also recommend to others.

I like a quick and easy search site, when ask Jeeves appears I always sigh as sometimes it does get in the way! Sorry Jeeves but I dont like the way your page is set out!

clumsy
Maybe it is just me, but I cannot get on with Ask Jeeves. It all feels to clumsy to use and I hardly ever find the answer to anything I look up. The layout does not seem user friendly at all.

I always use other search engine for my search. but not Askjeeves. because the site only show web site no video support, no image support and no other help full tips. this site need to add some more option in its search bar.
