** there response below as you can tell, right on cue and proves my point about this clinic , all denial and taking no accountability. Instead ‘ the review is false ha ha, we can’t find you, we will take legal action, legal action for what? Trying to mislead customers into paying more money, telling the truth about your horrendous clinic? Go right ahead’ absolute jokers! ** Good evening to my fellow readers….Probably the most unprofessional and dishonest money hungry clinic on the planet . So many people warned me … they told me please don’t go to Asli tarcan, check the bad reviews ‘ but I didn’t listen, i thought I will judge myself, maybe they’ve improved - but I was wrong ! I Was very close to booking my place and sending my deposit. But backed out last minute after unearthing some horror stories. The WhatsApp consultants are just salesmen, with absolute no knowledge in the medical field, but will somehow try to convince you what to do and gaslight you, harass you to book, ( so they can collect their commission fee from your deposit ). They do NOT give a monkeys… about you.
The whole place is one big marketing campaign. They show you on social media what YOU NEED to see in order to convince you. They hide negative reviews and call every single negative review fake and “not our patient”. ( ok so 100+ 1 star reviews on google and on Trustpilot are ALL fake right ? Every single one ? lol ). The customer service feels very fake and put on, they are super nice until money is in their hands. Then the mood changes. just Take one look at the owner and you’ll get what I mean lol. She waltz in on patients, strokes there head because she knows cameras are on her and then flies of on holiday.
They try their absolute hardest to try and sell you the most expensive service, even if you don’t need it. In order to squeeze money from you. If you DARE ask questions, or enquire further they start getting arrogant and annoyed, almost as if to say ‘ just shut up and book your flight and pay us ‘.
One of the main reasons I backed out is because I saw numerous videos on YouTube from their past patients, majority of whom said we would never go back. ‘ search I am Rio hair transplant’ on YouTube. He gives a full breakdown of his awful experience, they ended up giving him an infection but kept lying to him and tried to cover it up - and then gave him some injections and he couldn’t even walk after- horrible!. He literally said from A TO Z it was all lies and he was glad to get out of there.
That video I watched and along with the awful experience during my consultation process. It was enough to give an instant swerve on this clinic. Frankly Im shocked how they’re even in business. They make up lies in order to convince you to book, following week they’ll change their story … when you confront them they’ll lie Again to cover what they told you. It’s an ABSOLUTE MESS this place. No morals, no ethics, no transparency. Just ‘ hurry up and book ’ attitude.
Hopefully my review has helped someone to avoid.it Was a lucky escape for me. Of course they’ll reply with ‘ we can’t find you on our system, not a real review. But the fact is hundreds of bad reviews literally mirror what I just said. So all customers in their eyes are Liars and only Asli tarcan is truthful. lol give me a break. My advice is do your research thoroughly. Your health is your Wealth. Find somewhere where they’re honest, arent money focused. Peace

I am very pleased with the current result
If I have to talk about my experience, everything was as it should be. My representative Kubilay is really energetic and friendly. He answered all my questions and all the staff at the clinic mobilized for me. I am grateful to everyone. Thank you to Asli Tarcan and her team. I followed a lot of clinics, I received many offer in this process, but I can say that Kubilay stole my heart because he approached me more warmly. Since the first contact with them, they haven’t been anything but excellent. Turkan has been in constant WhatsApp communication and was able to handle all of the logistics perfectly. From pickup at airport to hotel. Everyday, with follow up and detailed pickup instructions. Overall, this has been better than expected. I would definitely recommend.
Once on site, Ramiz was great as well. Friendly and very knowledgeable about revertir g.
Öznur was great nurse who was always polite and attentive.

Amazing Experience
Having carried out all our research we chose Asli Turcan Hair Clinic, people travel from all over the world for this clinic. With the fantastic assistance of our designated consultant, Muhammed, all of the arrangements where made with ease for our visit and treatment. Muhammed, and all of the staff have been amazing, providing an excellent level of service, treatment and aftercare. Everything is well explained, and additional services are offered, if you are interested, I came for a hair transplant and decided to get lower eyes treated after a consultation.
Of course this is a business, but it is one with a heart thay cares about its clients. Asli Tarcan regularly call around the clinic talking to everyone, checking the quality of work, to ensure the high standards she has built her business on are maintained. Cant thank them enough.

Please stay away from this clinic. Dr Umit Taskin is one of the worse surgeons. He have botched so many noses including mines. This is their main surgeon. Who is teaching their other surgeons. Horrible. Please read his reviews.He will scar and botched your noses.

Wow,Wow,Wow! Leaving a review while still here is out of the ordinary but just felt the need to as we have been so impressed. What an amazing clinic. The team are so attentive and the attention to detail is amazing across the board. Asli herself, has made more than one personal check-in with us also and there is a real warm presence of all staff whenever you need anyone. We have been here since Monday, had hairtransplant and lower eyelids surgery to remove eye bags. Mohammed is our contact and has barely left our side, when he is not there the operations manager is taking care of us. The entire team are brilliant. The clinic is very well equipped and the hotel they put us in and wrap around transfers are great. Cannot falt them and highly reccomend @aslitarcan. Thank you so much to the entire team enough.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Asli Tarcan Clinic. The staff was not attentive to my needs, and the service felt rushed and impersonal. I had higher expectations based on their online reputation, but unfortunately, the reality did not match. Communication was lacking, and I did not feel comfortable during my visit. I do not recommend this clinic and urge others to consider alternatives for better care and professionalism.
