First time ordering. Never again
First time ordering and the experience was messy. One of the products damaged a big chunk of the filler/ packaging of other items inside the parcel and created a big mess for me to clean. The customer service team seems to fight to the teeth for the bare minimum in a situation like this. A refund over 2 products i cant use anyway and a free delivery voucher for the mess created is not worth the hassle. Would not recommend this place.

As soon as you contacted us, we reviewed the situation and refunded in full the two products that were affected and could not be used. In addition, we offered a free delivery voucher as a gesture of goodwill, even though the damage occurred during transit and not due to the quality of the products themselves.
Our policy is to refund or replace the affected items, which we did promptly. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate beyond the value of the damaged products, but we always aim to be fair and consistent with all customers.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our packaging and processes going forward.

I was reticent on paying the £10 delivery fee however it is worth it. It will not be my only order. Highly recommend A&S Market!
