Outstanding professional service
Upon moving to a new house I found myself left on a Saturday afternoon with a large sofa from my move abandoned outside the property by another mover. I am so glad that I found ASP's number. I called them in distress hoping that they could take the sofa back to storage, and thinking that I would regretfully have to sell it as it couldn't get into my house. Ewelina was calm and reassuring over the phone and luckily, her team was available and able to get to me in record time. To my delight and amazement, Peter and Jerry said they wanted to do their best to get the sofa into the house, as they could see how much it meant to me. They provided a first class, professional and complete removalist service which included temporarily removing doors, etc, to get the sofa inside - something the previous mover did not even attempt, and I write this review from the very sofa that they saved for me. I have had a strong lesson in the difference between a professional removalist team and a couple of 'men-with-a-van masquerading as one. The entire team was friendly, courteous, reassuring, and professional throughout. I have no hesitation in making the highest recommendation for ASP Removals.

Absolutely brillaint!
Evelina was so helpful! Everything was seamless and efficient. Called on Wednesday morning and our request was carried out by Thursday afternoon. Brilliant customer service and process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a man with a van or removal services.

Honestly… I’m so glad someone recommended this moving company to us. From the initial quote by Evelina, to the delivery of service was impeccable with no hitches of any kind. All correspondence was politely and timely responded to. Website and chat so professional which is reflected in the company. Price was spot on, especially for the service that was provided. Moving guys were so nice, hard working and speedy but respectful of our things.
