Very good service and great prices.
The shoes I ordered on-line arrived in very good time but were unsuitable. I was able to return them to my local store and I received a full refund in 2 days. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Quick delivery, bargain
I ordered a Barbour Ashby jacket, it was £95 in the sale which was at least £45 less than the next cheapest price I could find.
Although the site warned it may take a few days if it was at a store it was sent out the next day by courier.
I'm really pleased with the jacket, the only slight annoyance is that the stitching on one of the pockets on the jacket came undone. I had this professionally repaired for £6, I didn't bother to contact Aspecto (or Barbour), although I'm sure they would have repaired it for me as I didn't really want the inconvenience (and possible expense) of posting the jacket back.
