Very good service, speedy delivery
I ordered a Barbour coat which was out of stock nearly everywhere I went!! I ordered thurs night, it arrived Monday morning. So many people have commented on it. Fab trustworthy service. Would recommend :-)

Excellent but 1 thing missing
I ordered some Campers, they turned up very quickly, they were the incorrect size, I placed them back in the bag provided with the returns sheet, and pre addressed sticker asking for a size smaller - up to this point your service is immaculate, and I have to say the easiest returns process ever! Unfortunately you just refunded my money and failed to send another size. In the meantime I have found a pair elsewhere for less.. Thanks, I will use you again

I am so sorry we were unable to exchange your shoes but at this time of year our stock levels are so low and the idea is for us to sell out of ranges from previous seasons. We do advise all customers by email if we are unable to complete an exchange but frequently find that buyonline@aspecto.co.uk hasn't been added to a safe senders list so these emails can divert to spam.

not perfect but helpful
the item sent had been worn previously and was damaged - clearly a return. i have returned the item for hopefully a full refund including my postage. the customer service was helpful in trying to locate a replacement which sadly was not possible.

I am sorry you received a sub standard garment, we hadn't noticed the pluck on the cuff at the time of packaging. At this time of year sale products are in short supply and whilst garments may have been tried on in a store they certainly haven't been worn as such. The garment you returned along with all carriage costs has been refunded in full and I am sorry we didn't spot the damage prior to shipping.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service
I bought my son a Barbour jacket which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size and rang the local shop who offered to save the correct size for me even though it was sale time. The exchange was made and I have to say that staff in the Leeds shop were extremely helpful.
