Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. As stated by others, I wish I had looked into some reviews before ordering. I ordered three rolls of wrapping paper on 11/28. Twelve days later, 12/9, a shipping label was created. As of today, 12/17, nothing has shipped. Emailed the company but didn’t receive a response. I’ll give it a few more days but it looks like it’s time to cancel the order and recoup my money via the my cc company.

I'm in the same boat as everyone…

I'm in the same boat as everyone else...twiddling my thumbs waiting for my paper to arrive. It has been 17 days since I placed my order, and it's sitting in the post office on the other side of my state. I know A&A is trying to save money on shipping, but this is absurd. Their CSR told me on 12/2 that my order would ship "in a few days." I placed the order on 11/29.

Wish I had read the reviews prior to…

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. The product is very nice however the shipping time is horrilble. Zero communication on updates as to delivery date. It was shipping from my own state and took 2 weeks to get to me. Very unhappy with the shipping time. Will not be ordering ANYTHING from them again.

Ordered on the 28th

Ordered on the 28th, I’ve sent them 2 emails. Nothing has shipped. Do not understand how they continue to be in business. You can make the most beautiful paper in the world but if you cannot process your orders there is a serious problem. They tried to make excuses but I have an MBA and challenged them on it. Time to contact my bank to get my money back. Sad that this company is a failure. All parts of a business need to work, not just product lines.

Turn around time is absolutely…

Turn around time is absolutely terrible! Do not order from this company. It takes them “5 days to cut the paper”. I ordered on November 20th and I still do not have my shipment!!! I complained again to customer service via email and now they are ignoring me.

Lack of Communication

I have made previous purchases from Aspen &Co since my eldest was born (4y). Their sponsored ad came up recently on my FB feed, and I saw they were running a BOGO for their online warehouse sale, so I purchased again. 1 week after my purchase was made, August 2nd, (and prior to shipment) I emailed them asking to change one of the shirts from regular length to cropped (I miss selected due to viewing all color options). On 8/16 I received a shipping notification email. But no response from the company (just their auto reply). I sent an email again on 8/16 asking if they received my first email. Then on 8/17 I emailed again asking if anybody was receiving my messages. Today 8/19 I get a response “ This is the only email we have received from you and here is your tracking number…” I sent back screenshots of my previous emails. Showing them they’re incorrect. I understand being unable to change a shipped order, but I gave them ample time to at least read and respond to my initial message -9 business days. I would have accepted a “no” for an answer, but my overall rating is due to clear lack of communication and poor customer service. This company is a dime a dozen, and I will not take my future business elsewhere to a small shop who actually values their customers.

GREAT products but shipping can be slow.

Unless you purchase their "ready to ship" items, the turn around time can be lengthy... BUT everything i have ordered from them has been great! I get things for myself, my little one and my husband. We have loved everything and the quality is great. They can be pricey, but they are family owned and have sales and promotions all the time. Recommend if you can be patient. I have ordered probably 5 separate times.

Do not buy!

Poor quality for what I paid. Looks like an iron on decal on a low quality sweatshirt for $50. The website says all items are custom made but it looks like it was mass produced. Will never shop here again. No reviews posted on website-I should’ve known better. Buyer beware!

I ordered the jewellery sonic cleaner. It has arrived and it is completely useless. Nothing like the photographs. The light doesn’t work. It doesn’t clean jewellery. It is a complete con. I have emailed and no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have been following this page for a…

I have been following this page for a long time and was so excited when I saw the sale they were having. Until I got my package. I ordered a mama sweat shirt that came and it had a stain on the front so I tried to wash it thinking not a big deal and just became worse. So now I have a 50$ sweatshirt I can’t wear
Then I had also ordered a toddler/youth size hat which I emailed them about because it fits my husband who is 250 lbs and 6’4 to be told that it was infact the toddler size. I’m not sure what toddler can wear that.
Needless to say I won’t order from them again given the fact they are extremely expensive and I don’t feel the items or customer service is of quality

Great service + quality !

Was meeting friends from out of state and ordered 7 matching shirts. We *silly-ly* didn’t read anything about lead time and they weren’t going to get there until after our meetup. The customer service at Aspen + Co was soo amazing. They helped to expedite everything along and got us the beautifully made, soft custom tees in time for all the kids to get together. Would absolutely recommend this company. A few of my friends have gotten different items here, as well and are huge fans of the quality!

This is my new favorite company!

This is my new favorite company! I absolutely love the designs and quality of the shirts. I did reach out after seeing bad reviews and they stated that the turnaround time is about 2 weeks. They are a small business so it's not like buying from amazon. Customer service responded very fast and I will be a returning customer!

I had an amazing experience with Aspen…

I had an amazing experience with Aspen and Company, they went above and beyond to help me get my custom embroidered order to me in time for a baby shower! I couldn't believe some of these other reviews...that's not at all what we've experienced, sounds like bitter customers.

I was extremely impressed by this…

I was extremely impressed by this company because I couldn’t find a place to put my promo code so paid full price then emailed them. Two days later got an email they refunded me the difference! Two days after that got the items and they are amazing! Will use this company again! Thank you so much!

This company is a scam

If I could give zero stars I would. First, we ordered the family Top Gun shirts and all came with yellow stains on them like they were burned by the press used.

Second, I ordered from the Hocus Pocus launch on 9/5/22. Weeks went by without any shipping confirmation. I reached out to customer service twice on their website with no response. Finally, I direct messaged them on instagram and said I would be filing a fraud claim with my credit card if I didn’t receive a response from them on my order status within 24 hours. The next morning I woke up to an email from the stating my order had been shipped.

This company is a scam and I do not recommend them.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I won a giveaway on 09/05. I placed my order with them on 09/06. It stated that there was a 2 week TAT. At week 3 they posted on Instagram saying they were behind on orders. I reached out over email 6 times and dms 4 times before getting a response saying sorry and offering me 25% off. It has now been over a month and they told me my order had shipped on 10/10. I called usps with the tracking number given and they said they do not have the item and they must have created a shipping label. They never shipped my item! It's now 10/14.. I ordered halloween items and I don't count on them arriving in time to be enjoyed for the month.
