John, Dave, Richard (electrician) and the rest of the team are very efficient and tidy workers. Working in all weathers and working on the go while drinking copious amounts of tea especially Dave.
John discussed every step from planning to finale construction taking on board all our suggestions and ideas and incorporating them where suitable. All work was carried out to a very high standard. Everything was disposed of so no visit to the dump was required.
This company also disposed of our existing building that needed to be replaced.
If you need a new garden building look no further

Bliss - after years of having to use part of our home for our music teaching livelihood, we now have a dedicated space 'out of the way', thanks to the excellent work of John and his team. They responded well to regular cups of tea (milk no sugar for John, milk 2 sugars for Dave), but I'm sure would have completed their very professional work without such incentives. It has been well worth the wait.

Our wonderful garden room is completed. Right from the start John listened to our needs and guided us through the process. Always contactable, professional, and friendly, the team with Dave and Richard built it with care and pride, and on time. It has been without any hitches, and has been a great fun experience to have work done by this really very good team. Would recommend them to anyone.

This was a very professional company. The work was completed to a high standard. Everybody was friendly, efficient and great time keeping. The building was built within the time frame arranged despite appalling weather at times. We were kept informed of all the different elements as the building progressed. John and Dave are just finishing our garden room as I type this. Their work has been first class over the past few weeks having worked in just about every type of weather including the day of the storm on Friday 18th. Their work ethic is second to none and we have only great things to say about them. We have had a terrific experience with these two professionals. Nothing is too much trouble and the standard of work and finish of the room is everything we hoped for. We are certain we have selected the best team for the job and we love the finished item. John and the crew at Aspen Garden rooms have just finished our beautiful new garden room/office and I can not gush about it enough or about the service we were given by John, Dave, Ben and Kevin!
John made the initial consultation, provided the plans and the advice and suggestions and the rest was a seamless operation with such guidance, professionalism, hard work, humour and all round brilliance. Everyone worked so hard, thanks particularly to John and Dave who were such a delight and between them our gorgeous garden office emerged.
If you are thinking about using Aspen Garden Rooms please do not hesitate, as you will not be disappointed and you will wonder why you have not made the decision before!

We are so pleased with the result of our garden room. John and his team were so professional right down to the last detail. At the end of each day all rubbish was removed and the garden left with no mess whatsoever. We would thoroughly recommend Aspen Garden Rooms and only wish we had it done earlier.

Very happy to recommend John and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The whole team were great but a special shout out to Dave, who really went the extra mile with the external decking he did for us. We are now happily ensconced in our garden office and wishing we had done it a year ago! Several chilly mornings have shown that the insulation works really well and after a quick blast of the heater first thing, there has been no need to switch it on for the rest of the day.

John and his A-team assited me with my iterations and design and installed a bespoke sized garden room/office.

The build was slick and efficient with various members of the Aspen team rolling-in and out as the various stages of installation required.

John and his team were first class and very personable - I was more than happy to allocate a significant percentage of the overall cost to a conveyor belt of tea/coffee and bacon sarnies! I jest, of course.

The bespoking of the size complete with value-for-money high end materials and glazing now manifest in a perfect office space.

Anybody considering installaing a Garden Room/Office - I would recommend you chat things through with John - his experience and eye can also provide valuable pointers to the non-cognescenti during the design process.

John and his team designed and created a beautiful garden room for us and we cannot recommend enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them; they helped and advised us to design the perfect room including sourcing our preferred cladding; solar control glass and installing a side gate. The build took a few weeks with the team being great throughout. The handover and after care very slick. We are left with a home office/overnight guest room which no doubt enhances the aesthetic of the garden and all at an affordable price. Thank you to all at Aspen Garden Rooms. Happy customer! Great staff, they were very friendly and delivered the job to an extremely high standard and at a reasonable price. We’re very pleased with our new outdoor room - I would highly recommend using Aspen to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate using them again in future.

We cannot fault this company and team. They were all attentive, polite, customer facing and excellent workers with a keen eye for detail. We did a lot of research and Aspen came out tops with price, willingness to please and quality of finish. John couldn’t have done more helping to shape the design and ensuring we were happy during construction. From arrival to completion in 2 weeks, 2 days and in poor weather too during Feb 2021. It’s all we hoped for; it looks great inside and out and it complements the garden really well, whilst being usable and practical too. We deliberated over how many windows and their sizes, but we would thoroughly recommend a window on each side if you can as it allows more light and will provide useful ventilation too as it warms up. Having worked in it for the first week after completion it has been well worth the investment. We thoroughly recommend Aspen, John and his team if you are thinking of a garden room.

John and team designed, planned and built our beautiful garden room in October 2020. I delayed leaving this review as I wanted to provide a "lived in" review after using the room for a few months.
First off, I only have positive things to say about the Garden room, John and his team, all lovely people.
From the start John took time to make sure he understood our requirements and made every effort to offer us cost efficient options. Communication with John throughout the ordering process was great and construction started on the planned date.
John & the installation team were all really friendly and extremely helpful, taking time to explain what aspect of the build would take place each day.
All of the team took pride in their work and made sure ready to hand over as per schedule.
The one or two snags that John, his team or we found were rectified without discussion or hesitation.
The Garden room has made such a difference to our family, especially during lockdown. During the day my wife and I use the room to work in, in the evenings my son and I use the room to play computer games, at weekends we turn the furniture round to use the room as cinema room to watch films together.

In summary we're extremely happy with our amazing garden room, it's made life during lockdown so much easier, given us additional versatile living space and had added value to our house.

I asked Aspen for ideas for what to do with some spare space I had in the garden. After they came in to survey the land they went away and produced a brilliant design for a garden office, using photoshop to show me what it would look like.

After I said I was happy to go ahead it was a quick turn around and it did not take long before I was sitting in my new garden office with a cup of tea in hand.

I can't thank the team at Aspen enough for the improvement they've made to my house!

Charlie and John were absolutely fantastic. They are consummate professionals who were great fun to be around and I love my new office!
