Very poor indeed. Run down dive. Seems to now attract largely indian clientele. Dirty throughout this hotel. Water on and off. If you were paying less than $10 a night, that would be too much. TV is non existence the picture signal is so bad. Smoking it seems occurs in Non Smoking rooms. Lady Thai owner hasn't put a lick of paint on the place for years. Like something from the 60's. Go elsewhere.

This is a dreadful hotel. The photos on their Facebook page and probably elsewhere, are taken many many years ago. The place is filthy, the exterior of the hotel is falling apart, that alone the obvious stains all over the exterior and interior... The pool " opens" at 08:00 which is later than any hotel I have yet encountered. But even at 8, the staff are then cleaning it, so either THEY GET UP EARLIER or they advertise the pool opens at 09:00hrs. Pigeons are constantly bathing and drinking from the pool, even when its in use. I wouldn't use that pool, if I were you. They have decided to add stupid concrete obstructions all over and in it, so laps are virtually impossible. The whole hotel is filthy and the other adjacent building, which is where they will put you unless you UPGRADE on arrival has no elevator. The small elevator there is in the main building is disgusting. Forget breakfast if I were you based on the lack of hygiene. They also will give you a SMOKING ROOM even if you ordered NON, they just put stickers inside the room, "NO SMOKING" . Bathrooms are from the 80's dreadful. TV channels/TV so old it cannot be viewed. Air-Conditioning unit must contain god knows how many germs, as they clearly havent been cleaned/maintained recently, if at all. As an ex Patong hotel owner, I can tell you this is an awful place.
