We saw a couple of Window Shutter people before deciding on Aspire; it was not to do with the cost but the confidence we had about getting a good job done.
The representative, Gillham (the father in the family business), was friendly and informative without being pushy. The thing that finally made up our minds was that they could provide shutters made from Ash; their competitor could not. This is the most expensive option but we wanted what we considered, the best possible long-term option.
It was Gillham's son that installed the shutters. He is a very affable young man that knows what he is doing. The job is perfect.

After being told that my bay window was unsuitable for shutters by another company, I was assured by Mike at Aspire that they could be fitted.Extremely impressed with the result, they are just as I imagined, great service.

Right from the beginning Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the product and he answered all our questions very thoroughly and professionally. Gil was also available to answer any further questions. A very well run family firm.
Mike and Gil came to fit shutters and again they were both kind, helpful and professional. They did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves including taking the rubbish away.
The shutters look amazing and are to an extremely high standard. They also showed us about care and aftercare of them including giving us a feather duster. We rate them very highly and would definitely recommend Aspire Shutters.

What a fantastic family business! Efficient, tidy, and the best quality shutters for the same price as MDF. The son, Mike, was incredibly knowledgable and spoke to me at length about material and colour ways. Was so happy with the job and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

From the moment of our first call with Gil and subsequent visit by Mike to measure up for the windows, we knew we were in safe hands. Realistic delivery times were given with installation just before Christmas. Our units look amazing to the front of the house. I have to say I thought I was a retiree indulging themselves. I live in retired accommodation and a neighbour had these fitted and reccomended 'Aspire' Their property greatly benefitted. I had mine done and like theirs the effect was immediate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, this family affair father and son where efficient clean and friendly. Unlike a lot of firms taking the packaging away was included and believe me their product was very well transport protected. More than total confidence in recommending this company. Can't mention my neighbour by name but a big thank you to her !!

We absolutely love our Shutters! They look amazing in every room, the quality and fitting by Mike and his colleague is exceptional. So clean and tidy and hassle free. Nothing was too much trouble from Gill who came out twice to see us to make sure that we were 100% happy with our order, thank you again, would highly recommend :-)
