Mike at Aspire has been excellent the whole way through from the initial quote where he took us through what would work best in our room (we have an unusual shaped large window) in terms of style, functionality, materials used and cost, to the actual fitting of the shutter blind. We couldn’t been happier and have even gone on to get a quote for our downstairs patio doors. Even though we had to wait a little while longer than expected for our blind (due to Brexit/Covid) it hasn’t taken the shine off the end product. Excellent company and a high end product/finish and service.

We moved into our new house in February are quickly realised that the windows at the front of the house where the main bedroom and our daughters bedroom are were built into the roof, therefore making it impossible to have standard blinds/curtains. I went online and read all the reviews of the most popular shutter companies and I noticed that everyone who had used Aspire had nothing but good words to say about Mike and Gill.
I booked for them to come and assess the area and they were with me within a few days and gave me a quote (including a discount) that same day. As much as I had to appreciate that there was a long wait time due to material shortages/delays because of Covid and brexit, I was kept informed throughout and they were happy to answer any update requests I had.
The install happened last week and it has transformed both bedrooms enabling us to not get woken up by the rising sun and to deflect some of the heat coming straight the windows, as well as giving us some privacy. Thank you for al your hard work and the final result :)

Excellent service from initial measuring and choice through to installation. Yes it took a while for installation, however other factors came into play there. Once installation booked all went smoothly and we are extremely pleased with how they look, quality, what they bring to a room internally and externally. Highly recommended. Mike and Gill deliver an excellent product and service.

The shutters are amazing. Great quality, competitively priced with a quick lead time. Professionally installed to a high quality. Dealt with Mike throughout who was amazing! We are based in the midlands. No concerns about travelling. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service, came out and went through all the options available. When I ordered i was advised on the wait time and as soon as they arrived I was phoned and booked a slot to fit them the next week.

We're so happy with the shutters for the victorian bay windows on our house, the fit and finish is beautiful and the shutters are amazing quality. Would definitely recommend, they finish off our front room so well, letting in loads of light when open but still providing lots of privacy from the road and overlooking neighbours. Worth every penny and a great service from the whole team at Aspire who were a pleasure to deal with throughout and fitted the shutters with amazing precision and skill. True professionals.

Absolutely stunning window shutters, measured and fitted by Aspire. The shutters make a beautiful addition to our home. We couldn’t be happier. I was super impressed with the service I received. He had a really professional and expert approach to the work, which he fulfilled with the minimum of fuss. He is clearly a highly skilled and proficient craftsman, used to working quickly and efficiently. His conscientious attitude throughout the fitting at my house was focused purely on achieving the highest possible standards of workmanship. His measurements for the shutters were accurate throughout and he displayed an acute attention to even the most minor of details.
I was particularly impressed by the way in which he found time, upon completing the fitting, to offer me a highly personalised and individual guide to showing me how the shutters worked.
My satisfaction with the completed work was his utmost priority.
