I contacted Aspire interested in purchasing a diamond ring. I received prompt, professional and knowledgeable communication from Jasmine, who was happy to provide all of the information, advice, pictures and even videos that I needed to choose the right ring and diamond.
The setting was completed in just a few days, after that delivery was the next day, complete with insurance valuation, GIA certification and presentation case. The finished ring was stunning. I will be using Aspire's services in the future and would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Aspire Diamonds enough, and Hayley in particular.
We had a bespoke ring made for my partner and it is as close to a perfect match as it's possible to get. Hayley was extremely helpful and kept us informed every step of the way.
The price was also the best we could get, even cheaper than buying an 'off the shelf' ring in many other places.
You should get yourself down there if you're in the market for a quality piece of jewellery.

From the outset my experience with Aspire was perfect. I was in the market for an engagement ring, I do not live local to Birmingham anymore but began my shopping experience with their website for research and convenience. I decided that I would like to visit the store and would like some guidance from the experts having picked out the key things I would like when purchasing an engagement ring.
Having phoned the store, I spoke and with Jasmine and then liaised with her throughout. I told her what I would like, she was extremely attentive and offered advice and promised to return to me with some examples. She duly did this sending emails with attachments having been made aware that it wasn't entirely possible for me to visit the store. I was in a position where I couldn’t always communicate openly given the surprise nature of the engagement I had planned, Jasmine was very discrete with communication and at no stage was I chased, harassed or pressure to visit the store or to commit to a sale over the phone.
This gave me further confidence in arranging my visit to the store. When I managed to attend Jasmine and all of the staff in store were extremely friendly and offered a very relaxed approach, it was more of a showcase selling experience where the jewellery did the talking. No overselling, no pressure and plenty of time to go through lots of different options and presentations. Having spent a couple of hours picking the right ring and diamond combination a sale was agreed with an amazing price.
The whole team couldn't have been more helpful, due to the time of day I visited, the ring would not be ready on that day. I had to have the ring before the due date, she was about to begin her maternity leave and I could not confidently think of reason where I would be to get back over to Birmingham over 2 hours away from my home in the meantime. Plus, if something happened, it’s a long way to be away! This was not an issue though, it was sent insured by Royal Mail special delivery at no extra cost to me and I could track it on the whole journey. The attention to detail throughout was just superb, the advice was just that, at no stage was it forceful or overly opinionated. Thankfully, she said yes and I am returning to store to have the ring resized complementary, so the service doesn't just stop post point of sale. I am looking forward to introducing my other half (now fiancée ) and baby to Jasmine as she was so helpful and reassuring in a huge defining moment in our relationship.
I will always recommend Aspire Diamonds to anyone wanting to look for and purchase jewellery of a wide variety. I literally could not give any constructive criticism as I can't even think of an occasion where it would be justified. I'm looking forward to using Aspire Diamonds when it comes to buying our wedding bands and future jewellery. Thank you so much!

Aspire were the first shop we went to when we came to buy our wedding bands. From beginning to end they were brilliant - Laura especially, she gives such personal and efficient service I had complete faith that they'd pull off the rush job that we needed. We don't live in Birmingham so we asked for them to be delivered to us when they arrived and within the next day they were delivered. Couldn't have asked for more. As soon as we visited them we knew we wanted to buy from them, not only because of the rings were exactly what we wanted, but also because of Laura, being so kind and attentive (we're not a decisive couple) and she was really patient and knowledgeable. Genuinely fantastic service throughout the whole process of buying my now fiances' ring. Not only on the day of purchasing it, but the aftercare was faultless - almost like nothing was too much trouble.
The ring needed resizing and then had to go back in to have the band widened. Again, on each stumbling block, the service and care for us, was superb - any other company looking to improve should take note!

I shopped around a lot before deciding to buy an engagement ring from Aspire Diamonds. Their prices are the most competitive I found and they offered great customer service, thanks to the lovely Jasmine. Being a typical man, I left it to the last minute but these guys really went out of their way to meet my needs.

You will more than likely be spending a good chunk of money on your engagement ring and therefore need a retailer you can trust. Aspire seem to be well established and knowledgeable which made me feel confident about buying from them.

I would 100% recommend Aspire, check them out!

A fantastic service from start to finish!

I visited the Birmingham site having booked an appointment with a vague idea of what I wanted. The range of diamonds and settings were superb and Jasmine helped to make an informed decision having discussed and provided a wide range of options. Staff knowledge was excellent with a very 'non-pushy' approach. I was made to feel like I as the customer were in control however was guided through the options highlighting pros and cons. I must also add that the price was very competitive - as confirmed by the insurance valuation.

The first class customer service continued from start to finish, The diamond engagement ring was ready ahead of schedule whereby I was contacted to arrange an appropriate delivery date via special delivery. On arrival, the final product was AMAZING!

I would recommend to anybody seeking a stress free, informative, value for money and quality engagement ring purchase experience. Bravo!

I'd explored a few other shops in the Jewellery Quarter before visiting Aspire and I'm so pleased I did. Jasmine was incredibly helpful and made choosing a ring (which I don't do every day!) as easy as could be, including getting out plenty of diamonds for me to view and select from.

Highly recommended, and if you view their online store before visiting you can see their pricing is pretty transparent too.

I knew the exactly the ring that I wanted for my fiancé, but to have bought in a high street store would have been far too expensive. I'd read about others making online purchases and heard about the huge savings that could be made. I found the Aspire site, liked that they had a physical UK store, and soon found myself scrolling through all the many, many options. I contacted them and explain I needed the ring before Valentine's day which they told me shouldn't be a problem. However, the diamond I originally chose ended up being delayed in shipping from China. No worries, I was contacted as soon as Aspire were aware there was a delay and they offered me an alternative replacement at no extra cost (although it was a superior diamond). It was just over three weeks between my placing the order and receiving the ring. My fiancé cannot believe how well I've done, the ring is absolutely beautiful. I asked on Saturday, before Valentine's day in the end!

Excellent service, and at least 40% cheaper than the hight street price. I saved over £2,000 and the ring is EXACTLY what I wanted. Cannot recommend enough.

Jaz at aspire was amazig with her knowledge and was very patient with me as a very fussy customer. I think i spent a total of 3hours with her and if i was confused or didnt understand anything she would try and understand what i wanted and then she would just do her magic and design the ring .

If she didnt have it in store she would get the product from her other stores and have that done in a matter of minutes

She never once made the process feel rushed and we also had a laugh so yh 10 out of 10.

I was a complete diamond novice and had no idea what I was looking for and felt a little apprehensive about purchasing a diamond until I visited Aspire Diamonds. Jasmine helped me make an informed decision by showing me exactly what to look for in a diamond. Never did I feel pressurised into making a quick decision. Once I'd picked the diamond I then had to choose the ring which again Jasmine helped me pick and was extremely patient throughout. I collected the ring the following day and was absolutely blown away. The ring was stunning!!! Leaving me only one job to do and that was to pop the BIG Question...

Aspire offered an excellent service, listening to my approximate specifications and price range and helping to find the ideal engagement ring. I was able to do this almost entirely via phone/email, only coming to the shop to view the ring and then purchase it. The price was excellent - a massive saving over a high street jeweler for a higher quality diamond.

I'd seen my ideal ring in the high street, but it was hundreds of pounds out of my budget. I'd heard about the Birmingham jewellery quarter and searched online, I searched a few websites but loved the settings at Aspire. I decided to phone them and spoke to Richard, he was very informative and patient, nothing was too much trouble. I knew the diamond shape I wanted and Richard emailed me pictures of three different stones. Richard also helped me choose a setting as the one I had chosen was not suitable for my stone. Like anyone, I was very nervous about making such an important decision without seeing anyone in person, but Richard kept me informed and called me when ring was ready. It arrived the next day - WOW- the ring exceeded all my expectations, it arrived beautifully presented in a wooden box, the stone has it's own official certificate and certificate number so I could check it all on the database (very exciting). It's perfect and very special as I got to choose the stone with the setting. I'm so excited I found Aspire, and cannot wait to order another piece THANK YOU ....XXX

From start to finish aspire were excellent, the website gave all the information i needed was easy to use and has a wide range to choose from. The customer service was great always there to help and answer any questions i had and were very helpful. The engagment ring i ordered came the day they said it would and it was gorgeous my fiance loves it the quality is second to none! A great company who i would happily use again and again!
