I had Jen for my treatment, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease and I was very pleased with the results, would definitely recommend herself and aspire for treatments.

Had Lemon Bottle 4 weeks ago. Followed the aftercare as told in my appointment and Its been amazing. Going back next week for a session on a different area.Its boosted my confidence. Thanks ladies. 100% worth it.

Lemon bottle didn’t work for me. Not even slightly. Nothing. Don’t waste your money. Lovely staff but gutted as this was my treat to myself and all I got was all pain no gain. Cut my losses and move on, don’t believe the hype.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Customer satisfaction is non existent, they are just interested in taking your money. Stay away from lemon bottle it does not work! You will be lead to believe 1, maybe 2 treatments will work, which is simply not true. More like 4-6 treatments if any results are shown at all. Save your money.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good and I am still in pain in my left arm from where the injection went into my muscle fascia and not fat area. Also the results in all places I had injected hasn’t been very noticeable. I have tried to discuss my experience with the clinic on several occasions but no one seems interested; the follow up care has been very poor which is a shame.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about how incredible Jen is!! Very knowledgeable and has the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth to make you feel at ease. I first visited Jen at the West London practice in January after originally enquiring into Aquilux. During a very thorough consultation, Jen concluded the Lemon Bottle treatment would be better suited to my needs. She also advised that with either treatment a follow up session may be required depending on desired results (brilliant honesty and managing of patient expectations I feel). This was of course fantastic advice for many reasons and after following the aftercare and waiting the recommended 4 weeks I saw a massive difference!! I returned yesterday for a second appointment in that same area (under chin/neck area) to address a couple of stubborn spots (as expected due to Jen’s managing of expectations on results provided in the first consultation). Will 100% recommending to everyone and really do hope I can find another reason (it won’t be my chin/neck area that’s for sure!) to pop back and see Jen very soon!! A first class professional and a truly special soul. Thank you again.

I originally went in for Aqualyx, but after speaking to Jenny she recommended lemon bottle. It’s a little too soon to see results as I just got it done, but she was so thorough, so lovely and absolutely one of the most competent injectors I’ve ever met! What was nerve racking initially turned into one of my Favorite cosmetic appointments ever. Thank you

I have had Aqualyx and more recently Lemon bottle fat dissolving injections with Jenny in the St Albans clinic. I have had brilliant results - Jenny immediately put me at ease with her thoroughly professional, highly knowledgeable and friendly manner. The treatments were explained in detail and carried out in an extremely hygienic environment. I always look forward to seeing Jenny and these treatments really work - I have followed the after care advice given to achieve the best possible results. Can’t wait for my next one!

I’ve had fantastic results and have gone back for a second treatment. Jen is a lovely person, she’s very professional but super friendly. She’s talked me through the procedure, was happy to answer any questions, and made me feel at ease.

Called customer service x 2 as advised no answer , VM left x 2 as asking for call back.

5 star experience all round. Jenny was absolutely lovely and made me feel very at ease. She clearly has the best interest for the customer rather than the business and offered great advice as to what treatments are safe and best suited for me. Both very professional and very friendly. Will 100% be returning & recommending to others!

Had lemon bottle injections...jenny made me feel very comfortable an at ease... she was also was very informative...and appointment did not feel rushed.. the treatment was not painful an I did not experience any swelling or after pain..to soon to say about results of treatment...but fingers crossed
