My tutor Natalie has helped me and supported me through my entire time with shoots

My training with shoots has been awarding, I never thought I would complete my level 2 in early years, with lots of great advice from my trainer made me believe I could complete it and I’m incredibly proud of myself as I’ve had some changes along the way.

i enjoyed my course with shoots training. They found me a work placement quickly and i was able to start my nursery placement and functional skills fast. And i was offered lots of support throughout the course.

I have applied for an Apprenticeship for Level 2 Teaching in Exeter over 2 months ago. I communicated with the team and they suggested another location. I agreed with it and I have waited for them to inform me about the next steps since everything was agreed upon. 2 months later, no updates. I have asked them if there was any issue about me or my application. No response. Conclusion: SHOOTS TRAINING TEAM NEEDS TRAINING AND BASIC COMMUNICATION SKILLS. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Brilliant company to learn an exciting course in Childcare. Really valuable for people that want to get an insight into the childcare career. They provide companies to get you to complete enhanced DBS checks, provide paediatric first aid training, as well as finding a place in a childcare setting. I was deeply invested in the course content, the trainers are all fantastic and I definitely had excellent teaching and support.

Best company to expand your learning in a skill. I have really enjoyed doing my early years apprenticeship so far, they are very helpful when i needed help and the lessons are very informative. Great group sessions

I really enjoyed the course was very intense 8 weeks but I loved the child development its given me a great insight into childcare. I'm hoping to carry on my learning with an apprenticeship onto my level 3. My only thing I'd say its taken awhile to sort a placement for my learning but that was just unfortunate with timings but the course and tutors were fantastic and supported me all the way through.

The tutors were fantastic really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The course itself was great really interesting and fun to learn about child development and key worker roles. Communication could have been slightly better at times as I found i had to ask about things as no one had told me etc but other than that it was a really enjoyable experience and would 100% recommend.

My experience with Aspire training team was amazing, the support and guidance the assessors give is amazing. I got through my level 1,2 and 3 in childcare using Aspire training team. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends looking to complete a course in childcare.

all of the stuff are so nice and welcoming. They have all taken the time to make me feel welcome and that i’m understanding of what i’m meant to be doing in each room. Everything has been explained to me in depth which i appreciate so much they are all doing a fantastic job!!

Aspire has been so supportive of our learners, Katie Mann especially has been a huge support in ensuring the learners are able to reach/exceed their goals. Aspire works in great partnership with not only the learners but also the management team, ensuring that schedules/deadlines are inclusive for all parties.

I found that my tutor gave me full round support and helped me prepare for my exams but also it felt like she cared about my mental health and personal life

just finished my Level 5 wouldn't of been able to complete this without the support from my assessor :)

We have been using Aspire for our training needs for over two years for apprentices and student for childcare qualifications.
We love the continuity of having the same trainer whom the girls feel confident with.

I am run a small business that has been struggling to recruit quality staff for a while. Having tried everything i was introduced to Aspire and they have taken all the stress away. They are in regular contact with me and have listened to my business needs and offered me advice when needed.

The team have been very responsive through the whole process from my enquiries regarding sign up with apprentices and sending through potential candidates for the interview process. They have also been good at communicating with candidates and have assigned assessors really quickly. The process has been very quick from starting candidates on an apprenticeship.

From applying for the job to finishing my apprenticeship, I can't fault a thing.
The interview process and on boarding was a quick and stress free process.
My assessor Sue was absolutely incredible!! So friendly, welcoming, always felt comfortable to contact her with any problems that I had and she was always willing to support me along the way. She helped me push through my coursework, even at times when I didn't think I could achieve it. Sue helped me to reach my completion date quicker than scheduled, which made everything so much easier.
Cannot recommend enough, great experience, felt supported the whole way through and welcomed by the team.
My certificates arrived quickly & promptly after completing my course so I was able to become qualified sooner.
