Brilliant service not only from the office, Jaquie, but also for managing to squeeze me in to their busy schedule to service our Gazco fire. The engineer was courteous, knew all about the workings of the fire, cleaned it all out, replaced the starter batteries, cleaned after himself and left our lounge spotless, as he found it. Brilliant all round

Fitted an external tap. Professional and friendly service. Arranging the appointment with the main office
was very easy. I will get a quote from then again if I need a plumber in the future.

Amazing service. Couldn’t have done more to help. Went to get parts that evening to make sure I wasn’t without a boiler. Efficient, reliable, clean, friendly and professional. Super knowledgeable! My go to as I have a 13 year old boiler they keep going. Great website for online booking (actually easy) and a fantastic real life person for emergencies.

We had a boiler break-down right before Christmas - in the middle of the cold period. Son Osman, AS Plumbing, were the fastest one to react to maintenance inquiry (within a few hours).

He promptly came on-site to do the survey, and gave us candid feedback about our options (maintenance, replacement, smart thermostats or not, etc.) as well as the potential cost involved with each of of those. This was in contrast to non-committal answers provided by another vendor. Long story short: We agreed on a price and a boiler replacement date; Son and his team came as promised, finished in a day.

The whole experience was very professional and reliable - cost and time-frames were as agreed - no issues with the boiler since. Their staff are experienced, well educated engineers.

Plus, AS Plumbing is a local company, which gives us the opportunity to speak to someone who feels responsible directly, without having to go through contact centres, waiting on the phone, and the associated frustrations.

This is not a counterfeit review even though it sounds very positive.
