Contacted Asset Disposal to remove a small quantity of redundant IT kit. Excellent communication throughout and very rapid schedule for collection - no waiting around for weeks. We will definitely use them for any future kit disposal.

What is usually a complicated process has been streamlined and made so easy. For a university like Hartpury we get through a fair bit of broken kit. With the help of Theo and Alesha it was a stress free process. Will definitely be continuing to use them.

I looked at a number of IT recycling companies and Asset Disposal seemed to be the best option when it came to the service they offered, how they would offer it, and of course the price, which for us was free, apart from one item which we had to pay a very small amount to get rid of as it could not be recycled.

They were able to collect items from a storage facility containing items from one of our closed offices in another part of the country, neither of which I had ever visited, and then a few months later they collected from my office. They were happy to visit twice as there was so much to take, their truck had to come back a second time.

I dealt with a lady called Alesha who was extremely helpful and friendly. She assisted the whole time and made sure everything was booked correctly and without any problems.

After the pickup was completed, I received a Certificate of Destruction and a detail of all items collected, including their serial numbers, where known.

They are one of the easier and more friendly companies I have ever had to deal with, and would have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone.

We always use Asset Disposal for our recycling needs. We have found them to be reliable, efficient and professional from start to finish. The inventory they provide us with is first class and allows us to cross reference with our own inventory. Staff are always polite and chatty and the driver is always appreciative of the additional help when loading the truck. I'm very happy to recommend Asset Disposal and will definitely continue to use them for future projects.

Alesha was excellent in organising the collection. The collector was ok with me as a male but there was a report of unpleasantness between the driver and one of the females in the office when the driver arrived 45 minutes before I was due in the office at 9am (the driver had been informed at arrive at 9 or after).

We used the IT disposal service a few months ago. It was easy and straightforward to obtain a quote and arrange a collection.

We have used Asset Remarketing for collection of old IT on many occasions now from the days when Daniel Ainsworth was our account manager. Their outfit is very professional, and has that personal touch. Now that our new account manager (Alesha Barnes) is in place, that level of personal service hasn't changed. Never had any issues with collections, very quick turn around, always turned up when said, and documentation arrives in good time and is very detailed.

I've arranged multiple collections with Asset and its always been a great service. Communication is excellent, and they try to accommodate as much as they can.

Excellent service all round. They even took loads of old toner cartridges which was a bonus!
