ASSETRACE SUCKS
I hired them to retrieve crypto I lost because I was scammed. This company has a big promise and a great salesperson, but their methods are primitive and ineffective. I paid 2500 upfront with a commitment of more after funds retrieved, and even though my person was nice and kind, she was completely inadequate, and I always had to fix her letters she sent me. It was literally the same letters every time with the same detail, and she never had it right. So, I would go back and forth with her multiple times. Sometimes she asked me where to send them! Then she would be out for periods of time, and no one would help me. The process is ineffective, sending letters to the banks and crypto wallets, that just get ignored. I have asked for a refund multiple times, but they just put you off and tell you all the wonderful things they are going to do for you and how committed they are to helping you while they largely ignore you. They just ignore you till you go away just like the recipients of their bullshit letters they send. DO NOT HIRE THEM EVEN THOUGH THEIR SALES PERSON IS VERY GOOD. DO NOT FALL VICTIM BECAUSE AFTER YOU PUSH PAY IT IS ALL BS FROM THERE.
