Misleading public with zero work

The moment I was suggested to reach out to this service assetreality.com, I had some hope to get the required/ prompt attention to my crypto
scam. I emailed this person named Joanna summers with so much information , spending time and taking effort to provide needed details related to the scam. She said her team will reach out to me with their findings/research. She misled as no-one cared to reach out to me. I waited for more than a week or two and followed up again. Then she started lying again , saying her staff/team already sent the findings to me when I actually haven't gotten anything from them. Their website have so much to say and also claim about their own work, but I was surprised on how shallow/shady their work was with victims are dying and desperately reaching out with critical information. I could have been happy if she openly told me that she could not do anything but rather gave false hopes with her lies. I even pleaded her to forward her research findings which she said were sent to me couple of weeks ago. I never got a response which strongly shows how their work is . It was gone deaf years. The trauma of being scammed is one and trying to gain courage to talk to such officials but not get any response back is another. It brought me back to those agonizing moments with tears rolling down as it was hard to accept the reality of the world where I cannot be helped even with so much information. like them with their reckless attitude, I want PUBLIC to be aware before reaching out to such companies who don't do anything but advertise so much and also pretend to be helpful. I noticed all they do is post in LinkedIn and other social media to get attention and become small time celebrities'.
