Excellent service!
Excellent service! The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and professional. The tow truck arrived from Sundsvall within 10 minutes, and the guys were very helpful. Not to mention that my Swedish is rather bad, they adjusted to the situation and spoke to me in English. They located the problem, fixed my tyre so i could get home safe and explained what should i do next. No nonsense, just two pros doing their job "like a boss" :)
Everything with super positive attitude. Really positive experience - I was leaving that parking with the smile on my face. Buying the assistance for the whole year was definitely the best purchase for my car. Thank you!!!

I paid for two year premiums and first time I need them they ask for 1500 kr and try to find a reason to steal money .I donot recommend at all .

response time so bad and ridiculously charge
I couldn't start my car in my house and so I asked my wife to call this AssistansBolaget while I was trying to figure what is wrong with the car. In the end, all we need was a jump start as battery was flat. We were charge for about 2200+, as it was my wife who called. We were also told that we could claim the amount after we make the second phone call when waiting for the person to come to our house. Then, after we filed the claim, a person called Gordon from AssistansBolaget replied after 1 week that the claim was rejected. We replied his email as we dont agree about this. Until now, there is no reply at all!! The customer service is so bad!
