I had high hopes when I began working with Mandy Maleta and Assistant Solutions, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While Mandy initially seemed attentive and capable, there were recurring issues with communication, follow-through, and accuracy in handling critical tasks—especially those related to client scheduling and payments. These oversights caused significant disruptions to my business operations and required me to step back in to resolve issues myself, defeating the purpose of delegating.
I also attempted to address these concerns multiple times, but despite my feedback, the same problems persisted. It became clear that the level of professionalism and reliability I needed was not being met.
While Mandy might be a good fit for simpler workflows or less detail-oriented roles, I cannot recommend her for businesses requiring consistent, high-level operational support. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
