Very varied in quality and usability
We ordered 14 pallets and paid £60 delivery. A third of them have forklift damage and are not in very good condition. A couple I doubt we will be able to use at all. We ordered the same size but there is quite a lot of variance.

Thank you for your review and apologise you felt the quality of the pallets you received were not up to your standard.
I have looked back on your order and can see the pallets ordered are of a lower grade and the cheapest we sell of this size.
With used wooden pallets you will find some variations and will not all be identical to one another.
In the event of another order and as a gesture of good will, please contact us directly so I can upgrade you to our better grade pallets free of charge.

Best company ever
Wonderful company as the customer service is excellent. All the staff are happy to help and always gives me a hand when I collect the shavings for my horse, plus theses are the best quality shavings by far. Highly recommend this company to anyone. I will Surely be send new customer your way (not for the shavings as their all mine) 😂😘

Great easy buying experience. Ordered pallets online and we were contacted almost immediately to discuss collection times.
On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pallets have now been made into a fence in my front garden.

Had to buy new pallet collars as no used in stock. Then I found someone selling used on Market place for cheaper price but the ones I got from Associated Pallets were worth the money.

Great products and customer service
I ordered 2 pallets, a bunch of collars and 2 lids. Very happy with quality of products. Delivery was slightly delayed (due Friday, arrived Monday) but still fairly fast service.
Customer service was good - professional and quickly tracked and sorted the delay.
Only lost a star because my order arrived fully assembled (and stacked high) which meant I had to disassemble all the collars before getting my goods on the pallets and then re-assemble again. I thought it would have arrived flat packed, which would have made life easier. But other than that, no quibbles. Would definitely order from them again.

I’ve ordered from associated pallets a few times and they’ve really been helpful. They help me with pallet collars into the car and have my order ready for collection so quickly. The most recent time they went above and beyond to make sure I could collect my order. Highly recommend and will be ordering more for my allotment.
