WARNING: Do not buy from this company if you expect any customer support

Spent over £150 on a buy one get one free deal — two bottles, so effectively £75 each. One arrived faulty and completely unusable. Fine, things happen. What's not fine is that I've sent multiple emails and multiple Facebook messages trying to get it replaced and have been met with complete radio silence.

A faulty product is forgivable. Ignoring a customer who's £75 out of pocket trying to resolve it is not. Appalling aftercare from a company happy to take your money but not answer for it. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Fast delivery, works out cheaper for me than going to actual company

The parcel never made it to me. When I tracked it it's been sent somewhere and when emailing this to the company I stopped recieving any replys.

Lost out on my payment and the chance to try the product.

The CBD tasted good and the service was very efficient.

Just read your reply and you are not being honest again, the problem was not that you did not have the additional bottle in stock but that you refused to honor the “buy one get one free” offer I bought because of the COST of the additional bottle, please find your exact words below :

“We've escalated this further but we can't offer you an additional bottle due to the cost. The buy one get free offer was not available on this product

Again showing lack of integrity

I was also never informed that the offer I bought was a mistake ( even as you said it seems you corrected immediately ) and you also sent me a lower concentration oil that what I ordered in what it seems an attempt to see if I fell for it

Please don’t buy from this company they lack of integrity and use manipulative selling techniques lying to customer in the hope somebody falls for it
I ordered Celtic Wind CBD oil 10% . It was a special offer of “buy one get one free”
Not only they sent me the wrong product (5% concentration) they never sent the second product

After 2 weeks of emails going forward and backwards they told me they could not send me the second product because that offer did not exist and the product was too expensive to send me a second one when I have a written order confirmation saying that the product I bought was “buy one get one free “

Why do they advertise it as “buy one get one free” and allow the system to take the order if it did not exist ?

Legally an offer can’t be withdrawn after it has been accepted because acceptance creates a binding contract. Payment of the product ( consideration ) constitutes acceptance and it’s legally binding

I worked for big retail companies in the past. And even in the hypothetical case that there was an error , any other company would have honoured the purchase agreement and offered the second free product plus exchange the product they sent for the correct product

In the meantime I wasted two weeks without the CBD oil which caused a lot of inconvenience . I could have ordered from other company and save time and energy

Was informed they don’t have my ordered product. Good communication, It took few mails to and fro and in the end was fully refunded without hassle.

The CBD oil helps so much with athritus pain I really recommend it

The over all experience was very good the only reason I only put 4 stars was because I was really disappointed in the taste, it makes me have an headache and it’s nasty at the back of my throat.
Last time I ordered from you they were perfect, it’s a shame I couldn’t find them in your products. I am going to try again with this product but I don’t know how long I will be able to keep using it sorry.

I went for the highest level of 1,800 as I had read on the site ,they had a great sleep,i was hoping to come off sleeping tablets with something more natural ,it made me feel very calm ,but didn't help with my sleep
