Recently had a issue with controlling humidity and machine noise. Timothy Moura immediately noticed the cause of the issue and suggested solutions to resolve the issue. It was very efficient and fast.

Excellent communication from Penny and the crew over at Associated. Ordered 6" pass-through ports for retrofitting into environmental chambers, extremely high level cutting and welding work on the finished product. Very fast production and shipping, definitely an outlier in the field!

Everything was done in a timely manner...from the service quote, all the way down to the on-site repair. Our salt chamber was up & running within a week! Great communication throughout the process.

Duwayne is fast and a great service Tech! Very fair and great at tough trouble shooting. He surprises us with coffee and doughnuts a few times a year. Those little things are much appreciated. I recommend your services to all labs I am associated with. Keep up the great work Duwayne!!!

AES has wonderful equipment and customer service. They are incredibly helpful with whatever your need may be. If we ever have a need for another chamber, we will definitely purchase from AES again.

The customer service was outstanding. After I received my chamber the customer service representative called just to make sure every thing was as ordered, and to ask If I had anything they could help with. They followed up with an additional phone call a few months latter to make sure the chamber was performing as expected, to reaffirm their commitment to answering all of my question and to let me know they are available for support. The temperature and humidity chamber works great, temperature and humidity is very stable. High Quality product that should be used by anyone looking for an environmental chamber.

We have been using AES for years and they have never let us down. Being in the repair department and having same day service to get a system back up and running has been a life saver on more than one occasion. Sales team is always on top of everything and quick to get parts, pricing, and the needed paperwork right over.

Fred Plont did an outstanding job and kept us apprised every step of the way. The work was accomplished in the time frame we had agreed to and at a reasonable cost.
