I took ARM 400 using the traditional study materials and took months to get through the material and to feel prepared to test. Passed 400 in December 2025 and knew I needed to find another option.

Purchased ARM 401 and 402 study materials from Associate PI at the end of December 2025 and completed my ARM on February 26th! This was while regularly traveling for work and working full time.

The information was understandable. I read the books for the CPCU classes, but the format from AssociatePI was so much easier. I can't say enough about how the format helped in my learning. I would recommend this program 1000%.

The AssociatePI study guide was exactly what I needed for the ARM/CPCU track. The short, focused sections highlighted key points and were easy to read. Being able to go through a section and practice questions on my phone made studying super convenient, letting me cover the material quickly and efficiently without losing focus or understanding.

Because of the AssociatePI study guide, I was able to pass seven exams in a really short time, averaging about two weeks per exam. (Would've used AssociatePI for the eighth exam but the study guide for AIDA had not been released yet)

The course work is well developed, structured and provides ample practice questions with very helpful explanations. The outline to complete the course and successfully achieve a passing grade were designed in a thoughtful way that allows the user to built confidence and become familiar with the exam' content. If you follow the road map, you'll feel confident and pass easily. I achieved 80-89 passing grade!

After taking the ARM 400 exam on my own with no study aid, I knew I needed a better way to focus and streamline my study for ARM 401. These courses are great! They cut the fluff and give you the topics and concepts you need to master in order to pass these exams. I was able to pass six exams in just two testing windows and I could not have done that without AssociatePI.

I've been working on my CPCU for about a year and have used various resources including AssociatePI, The Burnham System & the official materials provided by The Institutes. AssociatePI has been my favorite for the following reasons:

- The course is broken up into smaller pieces where I can study for ~20min while my daughter is at gymnastics and still make meaningful progress.

- It's mobile friendly where I've studied on my iPhone on airplane rides or randomly on the couch, instead of scrolling on social media.

- The course isn't just a long PDF to scroll through which is hard to read on a phone/tablet and easy to lose my place. Not knocking the Burnham system, they have great content but AssociatePI is much more user friendly.

- The study guide method works well for me in terms of preparation and serves as a handy resource which I occasionally refer to while at work.

- I've reached out to AssociatePI via email a couple times with questions and Jake has quickly replied with answers to my questions.

Overall very happy with AssociatePI and will continue to purchase their products as they release new content for other designations I'm interested in.

AssociatePI has been an absolutely wonderful resource in helping me work towards obtaining my ARM and CPCU designations.
I was initially drawn to AssociatePI because of the money back guarantee and the wealth of information about the exams available on the site. The thought of paying a lot of money for an insurance exam only to fail was a very real fear when I was beginning to think about my insurance designations and trying to find the best place to learn the material. The money back guarantee with AssociatePI put my mind at ease, though, and I bought my first course with them.
After my first course, and after successfully passing my first exam, I knew that AssociatePI was a perfect fit! The course material is very easy to digest and understand, and the short quizzes between sections help you make sure you are retaining the information. Each course has a fillable study guide that you complete as you go, giving you another quick reference item to aid in studying and pinpoint where you need to focus your efforts the most. Additionally, the practice exams at the end of the course are VERY similar to the format of questions you will come across on the actual exams, and are great at making sure you can apply the knowledge you've learned.
In addition to the material itself, Jake and the AssociatePI team have always been responsive to any questions I have had and are more than willing to help you how they can. I truly believe they want their customers to succeed and become more knowledgeable insurance professionals, and it shows in their communication and commitment.
I don't think I could have passed these exams on the first try without AssociatePI, and I definitely could not have done it as quickly as I have. I will always recommend AssociatePI to my colleagues when they ask where to start when they want to get an insurance designation.

Taking the arm path to cpcu. The study material & practice exams are easy to follow! The material is update to date and similar to the actual exams! I don't think I would have passed without it!

I took six courses with AssociatePI as I worked towards my CPCU. The materials provided gave me ample knowledge to be able to pass the test on the first time with minimal study compared to the full materials that are offered. I learned from the course and greatly shortened the study period needed for the test. I read the materials at least twice, took the practice exams, which were dead on in terms of content, and studied the materials by underlying and highlighting the most important aspects. I highly recommend these materials if you want to pass the exams for the first time in the shortest period of time.

Associate PI was a tremendous investment in my career. I previously had used course material from The Institutes, and while it was very impressive, the information was presented in a format that doesn't prepare students for examination success.

Associate PI presents information in a concise format that is easily digestible and efficiently presents the material in a way that ensures examination success.

I would highly recommend insurance professionals make this investment in their education as it will payoff immediately.

In the future, I would love Associate PI to utilize AI to create videos for us "auditory learners" who more easily digest information when spoken as opposed to read. However, The Institutes has yet to do this.
