It took 9 1/2 weeks to receive it. It was not even close to its' description, was supposed to be wireless but required to be wired. They wouldn't fulfil their '90 day Money Back Guarantee'.

I DO NOT recommend this company.

No product ever delivered. Answered my inquiries with various random responses. Examples: claimed it was delivered, then said my post office lost it, gave me fake tracking numbers and many more excuses. Bottom line - beware ordering from this website and good luck if you expect a product.

So far one star. I placed an order on Dec 9th, now Dec 23rd, I did not receive a tracking # . After a multitude of emails they are now sending me tracking, however, once I fill out my email etc it states “unknown “ I would not recommend ordering from the
company, I certainly never will again.

The glass birds are supposedly hand made in USA - but if you get them at all, they are plastic, made in China and it takes forever to get them. You never get a chance to speak with a real person. Everything is via comments/emails. Stay away unless you want to be scammed and disappointed . Aliexpress sells this crap (same photo on THEIR ad) for $10.00 CDN and this is how the 'genuine' buyer describes it "he product is not as described. Be careful, these are not birds on a branch, this is a thin paper on which colorful stones casually stickers. The beaks and branch are simply drawn. It is not possible to put it as a decoration. And if you want to hang on the wall, then for this you still need to buy a frame."

This company is a scam. The item advertised claimed it was handmade here in the United States. It was not. It came from China and is extremely cheap in quality. It claimed fast delivery and it took 5 weeks to arrive. It claimed fast and easy returns and they do not want to give me my money back. I had to file a case through PayPal and am still waiting for my money. They also claim they are veteran owned which is another lie. The person I am communicating with through texts is located overseas. Do not, I repeat do not, do business with this company.....

Several months and no delivery. Tracking shows it’s been at the same point for most of the time, I’d say obviously lost in transit. Every time I contact them they just ask me to be patient, same standardize response every time. Please wait a few more day, and we are pushing shipping company to update. But nothing ever happens and they never get back to me unless I contact them again. And then we just start over with the same conversation, never leading to anything. I even requested refund several times but they just ignore it, they don’t even address it.

Placed an order with this company over 2 months ago but I jever received it. I have contacted them on several occasions but they either do not respond or they will not complete investigation advising me of where my merchandise is.

De-Reviews.com has provided Associationi a low trust score of 35/100, citing its parent company as MANNER TRADING. It's no surprise—I've yet to see any sites linked to this parent company without issues. Better to steer clear.

I ordered an advent calendar in November, that arrived in the middle of December. It was not packaged in a way to protect it from damages. And what is even worse, the inside of it is upside down. I am very disappointed especially because they did not let me cancel my order before when I tried. For this amount of money I would expect something much better or at least something that is protected well enough during shipping.
Their answer when I told them about my problems and sent them pictures was also nerve-racking: "As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue. With some simple procedures, it can work as normal."
So the interior being upside down is not a quality issue... Sure.

Reviews say everything is great. You have to actually receive the product in order to review it.
Seems like quite a few of us never receive the product.
Paid for the express shipping 3-7 days....on day 10 now.
Initiating refund process today and purchasing through reputable company now.
Do not purchase through this company unless you would liked to be scammed.

There's no opportunity to communicate with an actual person at Associationi.com and I'm stuck in a loop of sending comments to them and getting a form response in return telling me to leave a comment on the website. So, round and round I go!

Fabric is very soft. Washes well. No shedding. Sleeves are tight and maybe 2 inches to short.
