- At the time of departure in Paris-Bercy (i,e 8:40 pm), the bus was "indefinitely" late. The only info we were given was that the bus was 6 hours late in London. I eventually received an email at 23:30 pm stating that the coach was 380 minutes late!!!
- No other alternative than to buy another coach ticket & train ticket in London
- Contacted customer service by mail & Tweeter for a refund and compensation but no response was given 3 days later (yet they are quick to take our payment).
- I will NEVER use this company again and I advise customers to avoid it.
