Do not use this Assuranty. They call you looking of gas work or plumbing work and dont pay the invoice. Waste of time. Doggy company. Even their phone goes dead after that. They dont even have shame to call back for job 😄. I feel bad for customer use them and lose premium money thinking they are cheaper than other company. Saw there review on site and it awful how this kind of company operate after scamming so many trades people. Will be reporting to the debt mgnt.

Doggy compeny keeps opening and closing under different names please avoid at all cost

As a gas safe engineer Do Not accept any work from this company they will not pay you . They got me as well lucky only £240 but don't let them get you

Please be advised not to undertake any work for Assuranty unless full payment is received upfront. We have experienced serious payment issues with this company — invoices remain unpaid, and communication attempts have been ignored.
This matter should be reported to Trading Standards, as their conduct raises significant concerns. We strongly recommend that this company be investigated and considered for removal from the register.

Still waiting for payments from Gas jobs in 2024 -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We did a plumbing job for Assuranty Nationwide Ltd and like others we have never been paid and they do not answer the phone and if you do get through you get cut off. These scammers should not allowed to have a business. Avoid at all cost.

I am a kitchen appliance repair engineer. It once took me six months to get payment. I am again in a three months queue waiting for another payment. The phone is never answered and it sometimes rings once and cuts you off. Any ideas how to report them to the ombudsman? They are real scammers

NO STARS! we read the reviews on here and asked for payment up front before doing any works. They kept chasing us for a date and withheld the payment. Eventually they paid us only to later ask for a refund back and to cancel the job once it was booked in. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

A bunch of scammers who dont pay their contractors or provide service for customers.

Just to let everyone know — this company is a joke.

I contacted them on May 23rd to fix my freezer. The fridge and freezer were cooling, but the freezer wasn’t working properly. I waited over a week with no response, so I started calling them. They said they couldn’t find anyone to come, and when I asked to cancel, they told me to wait a few more days.

Still, no one was available. I asked again to cancel. Finally, they booked an appointment for June 4th at 3 PM. By 5 PM, no one had arrived, so I called and cancelled again. About an hour later, someone finally showed up. I told him I had already cancelled, but he said he could still take a look.

In 10 minutes, he told me the unit was not repairable and needed replacing. Then I was charged £150 for this.

I’m very disappointed with this service. Please stay away from this company.

Another contractor to add to the long list of contractors that have not been paid for work carried out in February 2025. No response to emails and you cannot speak to anyone on the phone, it either rings and rings or just cuts off immediately. Wish I had checked the reviews first.

Same as everyone else……gas engineer owed money. Can’t get hold of anyone, haven’t been paid! Avoid at all costs

AVOID They do not pay engineers,numerous emails sent but no answer.Tried the contact phone number on the job sheet but no reply.They always want you to do the call as quickly as possible so that they can take the customers money but dont like paying it out.

This company seems to be a reiteration of REPAIR NETWORK NATIONWIDE LTD. The holding company has the same person with significant control as repair network. We are currently owed invoices by repair network as are many others. I have left this review to warn other trades to tread carefully when completing work without upfront payment

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Our insurers used them to carry out a boiler service, and the entire experience was beyond painful. Constant phone calls and emails, and no communication internally between departments. Two months later, and despite numerous chasers, we’re still waiting on a boiler service certificate. Avoid using them if you can.

Engineers Beware!
They don’t pay for jobs. Don’t take any jobs from them, or, if you take a job warn the customer not to make any payment to them but directly to you as they will receive the payment from the customer but would never pay you. I am reporting them to the Trading Standards and to a debt collection agency.

Not paid for 2 boiler services done 8 months ago. Total scam company.

I'm a qualified Gas engineer. They have called me to offer subcontractor jobs. I have accepted the job and done it, and they still haven't paid me what they were due.
