I have a roof terrace measuring 12x7 metres which was covered in old tired timber decking. I searched the internet for the right composite decking to upgrade the terrace. Assured Composite stood out head and shoulders above the others on quality, price and customer service. They sent me samples within 3 days and once I had chosen, they helped calculate exactly how many decking boards, facia boards and fixings I needed for my project which on completion of the job proved to be spot on! Delivery was carried out on time and communication was excellent throughout. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the decking on our terrace which is much admired by visitors and neighbours. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Assured Composite to anybody looking to upgrade an existing tired deck or commencing a new project.

After a vast amount of careful consideration, I ordered a selection of composite joists, boards & trim from Assured Composite in May to cover a tired old slab patio in our garden. The information on the website was very helpful in figuring out how to plan the project and what to order, so I felt well-prepared going into it. They called to confirm when everything was likely to be in stock then followed up with emails in the days leading up to that date to arrange a time for delivery. Delivery itself was a smooth process - the courier helped me unload the timber from the van into our front garden and all was present, correct and unblemished. I did the installation as a solo project over the course of the following weekend and found everything to be straightforward to work with and am very pleased with the end result - it looks great, minimal visible fixings and is solid as a rock. Highly recommended.

I replaced wooden decking with composite. A friend recommended Assured and I couldn't be more happy with the result. This was my first decking project which I completed with my neighbour who also had zero experience in assembling a subframe and laying the boards but it was relatively straightforward. I used pedestals on top of old flagstones to get the height to the door, these were easy enough for levelling up the subframe. The boards went down quickly with the clips which screw in to the joists so there are no visible screws which makes it look very neat. There are plenty of guides and videos on the website to help with the build and the team were very responsive when I had questions.
Once built, I had some issues with a couple of the pedestals loosening from vibration so I got in touch with Assured for some guidance. This was largely down to the pedestals on one side of the decking being close to their height limit so they advised me to add some extenders on them which I had in surplus and it did the trick.
This is a great product from Assured and with the support from their team even a novice like me can produce a professional result, hence I'm giving them 5 stars.

Good product and extremely helpful staff.

Bought some composite cladding from Assured. It's a quality product and easy to install. Was a couple of boards short, so ordered more, for collection as I didn't want to pay delivery again. Assured delivered it to me next day anyway. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Assured Composite.

Ordered some decking from Assured for one of my customers. The next day, Sunday, my customer messaged me saying they had changed their mind and wanted a different colour. I dropped an email into assured hoping they would pick it up Monday morning before they processed my order. I got a response Sunday evening saying they had had noted my amendment and it would be processed. My order was received that Thursday, in the correct, new colour. Amazing service, friendly helpful staff and a quality product.

Prompt delivery, good quality, light grey deck looks fantastic

Fantastic company to deal with. Did a lot of research online before ending up with them. In the end i got myself a very quality product (Composite decking) and cheapest in that range. Communication was excellent right from the start before i even made my purchase. Delivery was right on time and delivery driver was amazing. Did all the unloading and nicely arrange them at a convenient place for me without needing any help from me. I have finished installing the decking and it looks stunning. This is a company i will highly recommend.

Fiirst experience with Assured Composite company.
Normally deal with one of the larger DIY outlets, but due to lack of stock, had to find alternative supplier, and what a Godsend.
From order to delivery only 5 days and a first class product too.
The hardest part was carrying 46 x 3.6 m composite boards up 3 flights of stairs and carrying 40 x bags of cut up old timber decking!
The cutting and installation was the easy part.
Looking forward to our next decking project

I have recently purchased composite decking from this company and I have to say they have been fantastic from the beginning. Ordering was easy and delivery was super quick considering the current climate with Covid 19, this should not go unmentioned.

Great looking decking that arrived earlier than expected

Assured Composite was really helpful with my query on their decking. I was sent samples which arrived really quickly! Once we decided on the right colour, we ordered and received the decking in a timely manner. Installation was easy and it looks great! Any questions we needed to ask were answered there and then. Definitely recommending to all my family and friends

Fantastic service and fantastic products

Very polite and friendly staff who go that extra mile to help you. Rang a few times to ask numerous questions about the different deck boards and all questions were answered. After ordering many free samples which arrived next day we decided to go with the elite oak composite decking and the product is as good as the staff ........ FANTASTIC!

Was slightly worried as I ordered without seeing any samples, as another company had previously let me down. Decking and accessories arrived on time and I wasn't disappointed with the quality. This has transformed our garden.
