Working across multiple sites and working from home requires a complex set of needs for all our IT networks, systems and phones. Our previous supplier had been unable to manage these requirements for us, but when switching our services to Astaris we were met with a completely different experience. Straight away the personalised service made such a difference, and the Astaris team were eager to ensure all our setups behave the way we need them to.

The transition was well communicated and managed, and the ongoing technical support is among the best I’ve experienced. When we’ve needed to change or expand our setup it has been quick and painless to do so.

We can always get support when we need it and the support engineers are so pleasant to work with. Even when I’m stressed out just speaking with one of the Astaris team puts my mind at rest, any problems are quickly solved. They are also so brilliant with our wider team who have varying levels of digital literacy. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
