First, the initail order/delivery of the product was on time and dealt with within 24 hours

I used a local Computer Store to make the initial Installation -all was good until trying to Initialise the Product Code - said it had already been used. Customer Service Responded within 24 Hours with a nother new Product Code. Unfortunately, the store had the same issue in that the Product Code wasn't accepted nad installation couldn't be completed.

I again emailed Customer Service with the problem. I also phoned them the next day, and Sean took my call and immediately set to to correct the issue. I was immediately impressed with the speed, diligence and his effort to reassure me that he could fix the problem. He spent what must have been close to 2-3 hours on the phone and online fixing the problem. He has me working at around 95% full update, the only part being one issue with one email which he said would be escalted to the Technical Department - I have full confidence that he wil see this through.

As far as I am concerned you have gone above and beyond what I expected, and would have no reservations in recommending ACS tech to anyone who was looking for products/service from you.

Excellent service and product..
I initially called the toll free line and spoke to a real person, Sean Estabi. Sean was patient with me as I did have some questions which were skeptical. I wasn’t sure the price or product was right for the MS Office 2021 and the suite of applications. Sean answered my questions and i was sure after that conversation that it was ok to purchase the product. I did and the instructions were clear and precise to download and install. Sean assured me after sales support would be provided. I didn’t need it. Highly recommend the product and AStech.
