I must say it was incredibly informative. The content was well-organized, and were with provided valuable insights that truly educated me on the subject matter.

ASTEN J communicated well in run up to meeting with reminders; joining instructions and setting up the Zoom.
They got a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor who prepared a detailed brochure; asked for and answered questions and kept to programme including comfort breaks; so attention was not lost.
On this occasion there were moments when sound was lost and screen visual became static. It maybe his microphone was oversensitive when he sat back then moved forward.[I twice pointed out the momentary sound loss. Other times of loss included at 3.49 & 4.10 p.m.] It would be helpful to see people's questions in the Q & A screen. I am thankful for the opportunity to request the recording, so I can fill in the gaps. I look forward to the next training. It is a course well worth the fee. Out of 10, I would give 9 out of 10 or 90 % therefore above 4 stars but just below 5!

The course content was rich and enlightening.The delivery was excellent and I rate the presenters very highly.

Very informative and comprehensive training

Training info was good , but always preferred this lecturer to be more vibrant , may be difficult in zoom or the topic is boring ,
