The hair seems beautiful but the lace is nothing more than amazon, beauty supply quality. The smell is terrible even though I have washed it. For $300, and the rave of reviews, I was super excited and expected nothing but greatness. I got nothing but foolishness. The hair mats up no matter what protective measures I take and sheds like crazy. I have been a unit/wig consumer for almost a decade at this point and when I exercised my concerns about their product, they respond with,

"We only sell human hair.

About the smell, before shipping out, we would wash it with shampoo and conditioner, and also would have hair care products on to keep it healthy, plus it's packed and stored in seal packaging, there may have a smell, but as clients feedback, it would go away after co-washing and air dry in a cool and ventilated place. and
We understand how you feel if you have problems with your hair after using it.

As we know, the wig made by lace closure/frontal and bundle. For lace closure is hand-tied product, for bundle are made by machine double weft.
This production technique to avoid shedding."

As If I don't know. There was no apology but excuses of what I have not done. The issue for me is the lack of accountability and the point that I have to send a picture and video of what is wrong. There was no need for me to show proof of payment when I spent $300.

It is disappointing for the way the conversation has been going, they don't even recognize the fact that we are not talking about some cheap wig or $30, but $300. Do not buy from here. You are better off buying $100 or less, wigs from Amazon or Outre. After requesting my money back, they haven't responded.

I ordered a 5x5 24inch wig by mistake thinking it was a lace frontal. When it arrived, I didn’t like it and immediately asked for an exchange. The process was so smooth and customer service was so nice and responded swiftly. They processed the return and I received my new wig way ahead of time. They even gave me an extra gift bag. I’m so happy with my wig and the customer service is amazing. Thank you guys again.

I ordered 4 x 4 I didn’t like it so I returned it got lost in the mail .they never received the hair back . I was so sad and it was New Year’s coming up .but in the end they made me feel happy by giving me a huge discount I receive my hair three days before New Year’s I was so happy and the hair is beautiful gorgeous I got the 32 inch 250 density thank you guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hair is amazing! I purchased two 30 inch units 250 density in curly and body wave and I was not disappointed. Definitely the best wigs I’ve ever purchased throughout the years. The hairline looks so natural so no plucking is necessary. Definitely purchasing more.

Amazing quality of the curly HD lace wig (22 inch,13x4,180 density). The hair is so beautiful and soft! Communication was great and the shipping to the Netherlands went very quick and good. I will definitely order from AsteriaHair again!

I was worried I wouldn’t get my unit in time for my birthday but it arrived on my door step today! Abby’s customer service was exceptional. I was so nervous my hair wouldn’t come in time but after talking to customer service they helped me and my hair got here in 2 days! The curl pattern is so nice. The hair is full and true to length. I can’t wait to wear it for my birthday!

Okay im not here to play so I'm going to give the honest truth. Asteria is a great company. The hair is always amazing and the quality is bomb. However, I did experience a mishap with the shipping. My initial wig got lost and I had to be sent a whole other unit. But the wig I did receive was 10 times better than the one I purchased. I originally ordered a 26 inch and I received a 30 inch busss down ya'll. I will say that I am a returning customer of almost two years and never had a bad experience once. Please at least give the company a chance. I remember looking at all the bad reviews and thinking "awww naww im not going here" but then I fell in love with this one wig and gave them a chance and since then its been wonderful.
