Poor quality. Not as seems
Very very bad experience, Do Not buy is all I can say, they are Not a UK firm at all, it comes from china or were ever. Took over 3 weeks to be delivered
The wrong item came far too big. Poor plastic quality, not the leather I was expecting from my last apple case. Not cheap either.
They sent another free of charge, which means they aren’t bothered getting it returned, says a lot.
It’s plastic thin easy gonna break by its look. And does not even Bend over with the back to allow to rest on table, just a stupid circle that keeps turning when you hold it, absolutely waste of time and money, never again DJ liverpool

Shipping took about 3 weeks. No big deal I’m just impatient. Customer service was excellent as they tried to keep me informed of where it was in transit. Case seems to be excellent quality tho. It feels very premium and looks nice too.

No option to return goods
I received my case but it doesn't fit my phone. I asked to return the product and was offered a replacement case for £10 but could keep the original case. I already paid £38 and don't want to pay another £10. They then advised it's expensive for them if I return it and they do not have a returns policy and they would therefore give me half my money back but could keep the case. Again I have have advised them I don't want this case as I have no use for it. Be careful using this company.

I ordered a case for my iPhone 12 Pro, but no matter how hard I try, the phone won't fit. I've reached out to the company Astra Cases via their chat, but no reply. Now, the chat doesn't seem to work? The case is very cheaply made and not safe enough to hold my cards either on top of not being the right size. I still haven't heard back from them? I would not recommend these cases; they won't protect your phone, and I most surely won't recommend this company!!!

I’m fuming!
I ordered the incorrect product, they refuse to let me return it even though I’d ordered a replacement and are offering a 50% refund and keep the product!
As a result I decided to cancel the replacement order, but they ignored the several requests to do this and have sent it out.
They say their UK base is closed at the moment and I will have to pay to return it to Asia. Since then they have ignored my emails.

Delivering from China very slow!!…
I ordered my case over a week ago from their sight which I wrongly believed to be UK based. I've just tracked my order to find out it's coming from China and the delivery window is an entire month!!! Had this been made clear to me on their website I would not have placed my order because I needed a case urgently. I will now have to order another case from a genuine UK company and return/cancel the Astra case. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU NEED YOUR CASE URGENTLY
