Have never received my order placed early February (now mid-March). Customer Service are pleasant on email, but are unable (or not interested) in tracking down my order. According to tracking on their website it was delivered mid-Feb but no courier delivered that day (have cameras). Customer service tell me to contact the courier company, but cannot tell me who that is locally.
The strap I bought didn’t even have a clasp so it can’t be put on or taken off the support emails were just ai generated slop.
Ordered Watch Band for Apple Watch. The clasp does not work, watch fell from my wrist.

NOT A NZ COMPANY!!: This business gives the impression of being Australian based with it's .co.nz, but it's actually operating from China. I placed my order and tracking showed it was shipped from China. The tracking claims it was delivered but 49 days later I still haven’t received my strap. They show customer reviews on their website, but these are moderated by the shop and my review was deleted.
