Ordered a Gretsch Guitar case fully aware when ordering was an out of stock order but was saving money on the item. Manufacturers out of stock so took awhile however was informed by them of delays and I have now received this item. They contacted me when it arrived and apologised as courier had collected that day so couldn’t be sent till next day. Cannot recommend them enough they value your custom give them your business. Looking forward to doing more with this company in the future. Thanks A Strings 5*++

Saw a demo of the latest Amoeg SGT-DI…
Saw a demo of the latest Amoeg SGT-DI pedal used by one of their colleagues, and inboxed them straight away asking if it was in stock, but it wasn't.
Asked them to DM me when they had one in stock as I wanted one and they were one of if not THE cheapest around, even cheaper than the bigger shops.
Sure enough, I received a DM saying it was in stock and said I would be over in about 45mins, to which they held it for me.
Tremendous customer service and couldn't do enough for me. A*

What a friendly bunch , bought a telecaster and they basically kept handing me guitar after guitar until i found the one for me.
Also helps they are only a few miles away.

Messaged them on Reverb about a guitar they had listed on the website, they just ignored the message. Undeterred, I found their website and messaged them direct - which they also ignored....A real class act, which I took as an indicator of the level of service I could expect if I ordered a guitar from them....a narrow escape methinks
