Toller Service von der Beratung bis zur Lieferung

Als Anfänger in der Astronomie bin ich hier kompetent, freundlich und schnell beraten worden. Die Beratung ist super und auf die Bedürfnisse/Wünsche ausgerichtet. Selbst wenn es zu Problemen bei der Lieferung durch DHL kommt (ein Paket ist irrtümlich durch DHL in die komplett falsche Region transportiert worden), haben sich die Mitarbeiter solange gekümmert, bis alle bestellten Komponenten bei mir eingetroffen sind. Vielen Dank dafür und jederzeit wieder.
