My experience with Wonky Pixel (previously known businesses called as NerdNook and GeekPeek, run by Richard Copestake) was disappointing. I asked him to help me get my new website up and running, based on an agreement covering 4 key deliverables. Only one was completed.

He initially said the work would take one evening, but a week later the project was still unfinished. He told me that the job was complete, even though it was not, and I was sent an invoice. When I expressed concerns about the completion of the job, he threatened legal action and additional 'interest' charges if I didn’t pay.

I found Richard's communication to be difficult, particularly in response to my request for clarification on the incomplete work. I ended up £80 down, without a usable website.

In hindsight, I wish I had researched more thoroughly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
