I placed an order on December 8, 2025 (Order No: ASTN952513).
As of mid-January 2026, the order has still not been shipped and no tracking information has been provided.
I contacted the company by email requesting an update or a refund, but received no response at all. There is also no phone number or effective customer support listed on their website.
Due to the lack of shipment and complete absence of communication, this experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from this website.

Not too impressed. Good sound but has trouble playing CDs. When skipping forward and back through a CD the player sometimes doesn't start at the beginning of a track but at a random point during the track and in some cases missing several tracks at a time. On one CD I played, the player just stopped through a track for no reason. On another occasion I wanted to skip to the last track and the CD player just played "white noise". The same CD played perfectly on another player. When playing CDs you'll get a momentary break in the music before the CD continues playing. Very frustrating. On the whole, it's a good concept but a poor execution.

Downgraded from 2 stars to 1. Yet again, stops playing a CD for no reason.
